The Arbour Resort Munnar

We were visiting from overseas and this place was booked via a travel agent for us. The sheets were dirty on arrival and had to request them to be changed. There was no hot water in one of the rooms. The food quality was poor. The hotel was generally not well kept, bugs, dirty and nothing like the photos. The location was also poor.

It’s a wonder to be here with full of serenity, here the stay is really amazing, the staff is also very kind, welcoming and friendly. Even the breakfast is also nice. Only thing I felt is the road to reach the stay is inside and it’s uneven. Nonetheless overwhelming experience and staff gain the brownie points smiling and sweet. Thank You

Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Service was prompt, and the overall vibe of the hotel is brilliant. Highly recommended for families and business travelers

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the beginning, the overall service and maintenance were far below expectations. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for its amenities, especially the jacuzzi, but it was not functional and there was no hot water available. This was extremely frustrating and felt misleading. Cleanliness was another major concern. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dust, untidy bedding, and poorly maintained bathrooms. It did not feel hygienic or comfortable to stay there. The staff behavior made things even worse. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed little interest in addressing our concerns. Whenever we raised issues, there was no proper follow-up or solution provided. To make matters worse, the hotel manager was not available when needed, leaving no one accountable to handle serious complaints. Overall, the combination of non-functional facilities, poor cleanliness, and lack of responsible staff made this stay a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

The property is great th Service was top notch clean maintain, The Geyser was small just need to improve in that as its a cold weather hot water is must needed thing, The person booking the room should check the rooms which they are going to get. Overall A Great Experience 👍
