Our stay at Rainforest Letchmi Estate was truly unforgettable, and the biggest reason was Mini, whom we lovingly call Chechi. She was an exceptional host who made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every meal was delicious, with the warmth of home-cooked food. Chechi's kindness, care, and hospitality made our experience even more special. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing hospitality, great food, and a cozy stay, Rainforest Letchmi Estate is the perfect choice. Thank you, Chechi, for making our trip such a wonderful and memorable experience. We can't wait to visit again!

I booked Rainforest Hotel in Lakshmi Estate, Munnar, as it claims to be a 3-star property. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.||Upon arrival, there were only two staff members at the property, and we had to wait a long time before anyone came to assist us. The room we were shown was completely different from the photos advertised. The bathroom was very small and unclean, the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and it felt so suffocating that I was unable to stay there.||I immediately requested a refund because the property did not match its online description or photographs. However, the staff member on duty appeared untrained and said he had no idea about the refund process. He also refused to contact anyone else, claiming he did not have any contact numbers, and asked us to keep waiting.||We waited for nearly an hour while repeatedly calling the manager, but none of our calls or messages were answered. With no support and no resolution, we had no option but to leave the property.||The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality. Even after several calls and messages, the manager never responded.||I have photographs of the room and the surroundings that clearly show the difference between the advertised images and the actual condition of the hotel. I am happy to share them if required.||I strongly advise travellers to avoid this hotel. There are many better accommodation options nearby that offer much better value and service.

TheWe had a wonderful stay at Rainforest Munnar Resort. One of the best things about this property is its location—away from the busy tourist crowds of Munnar, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was truly top-notch, and every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. If you're looking for a serene getaway with excellent rooms, outstanding service, and warm hospitality, I would highly recommend Rainforest Munnar Resort. Location is too good! Lots of trees and greenery. Rooms are clean and we'll groomed. Service is good. Also, they are serving tasty food. Highly recommended!

This resort has a cool, green and lush ambience. Rooms were neat and clean. The staff were kind and interactive. It gave us homestay feel. Overall it was an amazing experience and calm stay with them.
