Worst and worstest service by this resort and the room is utter worst quality and don't fall in trap for by seeing the photos . Room service people not maintained room cleanly and bedspread and bed sheet was completely bad condition I used my clothes to keep top of the bed that much dirty . I don't have less than 1 star to this. It's been a 1 o clock I have not slept here the bed is so itchy and blanket is dirty like anything. Worstest resort ever in munnar

Hello All, I am writing this feedback based on my recent stay at this property with my family, including my 18-month-old baby. 📍 Location: 10/10 The location of the property is really beautiful and easily the best part of the stay. 🏠 Room Experience: 1/10 Unfortunately, the room quality was below average and not maintained properly. We even found a lizard in the room, which was very uncomfortable, especially while staying with a small child. 🍽 Breakfast: The breakfast was also not up to the mark and did not meet expectations. 👤 Hospitality: We also felt the owner’s behavior was a little rude and unwelcoming. Due to the overall experience, we decided to check out one day early and shifted to another hotel. Sharing this honest feedback so future visitors can make an informed decision.

The resort was really good and perfect for a family stay. The view was amazing. I chose the Valley View Superior Room, and the balcony offered a beautiful and relaxing scenery. It was a great place to hang out and spend quality time with family. The stay was definitely worth the price, and the food was also very good. Overall, a pleasant and memorable experience!

2.5 star is enough not more than that. And my experience Room furniture are second hand and not clean quality interior must need. Food quality must be improve roti rice daal salad not issue but in bhaji lots of issue breakfast is dry all food must be improve food and fruit in monsoon they provide watermelon 🍉 fruit that not good for health in monsoon climate

This hotel is in a very pathetic condition with the roads leading to it is absolutely unsafe, you have to do 500 meters of off roading with very stiff incline/decline to reach the place. The staff there are not well managed, the receptionist won’t tell you all the rules. We were never informed that outside food is not allowed and when we ordered from outside since the food at the hotel is terrible ( they will give stale food and use leftovers) we are asked to pay 200 rs for plates when we refuse to pay one of the staff called Arun started threatening my family, he took my cars picture and send it to local goons saying me to wait and see what will happen to my family. The manager started accusing me of drinking alchohol as a last resort when i opposed this behaviour although I was with my family the entire day and not in hotel. Please stay away from this property if you care your health, family and car. And yes you can’t use the bedsheets, pillow cover and blanket as they were also smelling and were in very bad state. The bed was full of bed bugs and the entire room was fool of insects, god knows how we spend 2 nights in the hotel. The buffet breakfast is a scam as they will give only two items which are pathetic to be honest. The food is pretty unsafe to take so even when we booked for complimentary breakfast we chose to eat outside . When i told the manager that i will put this up in review he told me to go ahead and said we don’t care we will put up reply falsifying all your claims , it’s our daily activity. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY AND YOURSELF.
