⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best stays we had in Munnar! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The view is absolutely breathtaking—beautiful tea estates, mountains, and a dreamy cloudy atmosphere right from the hotel. A special thanks to Alex, who is such a kind gentleman and made us feel very welcome. The other receptionist was also very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Compared to many other hotels, Tu Casa is truly a family-friendly place with a peaceful and comfortable environment. Service: 10/10 Rooms: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the best part is that they serve generously—you’ll definitely leave with a full heart and a full stomach! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munnar. We would happily stay here again. And again btw alex 🫡 Your behavior is too kind

This was a very worst experience which affected our trip. The staffs were super rude and a small mistake was done,switching bed from one room to another room.this created an huge nuisance in which they are ready to send us away,this is an critical time here in munnar where no rooms or resorts are available and the staffs are also very well known about this. We apologise for switching the bed but this is way too much asking us to checkout and no rooms were clean same old soaps and wet floors and food was ordered by 7:00pm and it was given after 4 hours and they had complete electrical functuations and still we adjusted. This is not the best place to stay over, Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was incredibly simple. The view from the room was stunning, especially in the mornings overlooking the tea plantation. Plus, the location made it so convenient to see around Munnar town and nearby attractions

We regret booking this place for couple of nights while our stay in Munnar in Dec' 2025. Pathetic service (Broken hot water geysers), unresponsive staff (They literally needed 3 reminders and ~1 hour to serve 2 cups of milk to our room) and tasteless food (unhygienic kitchen area). You have been warned here, book this place at your own risk.
