NillWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. This hotel is an excellent choice for families. The peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and attentive service make it a comfortable and enjoyable place for both adults and children. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family stay and look forward to visiting again.

NillThe rooms were good and clean, and the service from the staff was also nice and helpful. However, the atmosphere was not very quiet during our stay. There was an outdoor party happening with loud music and noise late at night. Another drawback is the hot water availability. There is no heater in the rooms and hot water is only available at specific times — from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Overall, the rooms and service are good, but the noise and limited hot water timing could be improved.

NillWorst hotel experience. Highly unsafe for families. Due to a last-minute booking cancellation by Yatra.com for our Munnar villa, we had to stay at Lumino Karthika. This hotel is terrible and not recommended for families. Upon check-in, the front desk staff, Vishnu, and the bell boy, Ashok, were completely drunk. They were visibly intoxicated throughout both nights of our stay. To make matters worse, our room was completely unhygienic—the bedsheets smelled of urine and the bathroom had no working latches. The next morning, I contacted their main office to request a room change. They initially claimed a room was available, but later backtracked. When we returned from sightseeing in the evening, a new receptionist confirmed a room was available. Suddenly, the front office staff (Vishnu) started a huge quarrel with us. He claimed he couldn't change the room because no cleaning staff was available, and lied saying he came to our room at 8:30 AM to inform us. We didn't leave until 9:30 AM, so when we challenged him to check the hotel's CCTV cameras, he ran outside yelling at us. I called their main office again; the lady on the phone was extremely rude and used foul slang (I can contact telecom and ask for call recording if required). This guy literally acted as if he is offering people free stay and he is the king there. Within 30 minutes of mentioning the recording and a Google review, our room was changed. However, the bell boy (Ashok) became incredibly hostile. He followed us to the new room, yelled at us, and aggressively lunged as if to attack us. Because I was with my family, we had to raise our voices, at which point he ran away (this is recorded on the hotel's CCTV). I your front desk staff, has zero civic sence who directly come to the room door and knock contineously to pass any information instead of giving a call. They do have phone numbers which was given during checkin. (Even this you can check in your CC camera) Is this the way to treat customer who stay with family ? At midnight, fearing for our safety, we tried to call a supervisor whose number we got through of our their staff from main office, but he did not pick the call or dialled back maybe it was because post 9pm. It was raining heavily, so we couldn't leave the hotel as well. Kerala was amazing, but these two days were a living nightmare. To managment: I do understand it is budget hotel but basic amenities considering hygine and safety is extremely necessary and its is must to have staff who know the meaning of hospitality and customer service.

NillIt was the worst experience I ever had. Bad hospitality, smelly rooms, and bad service. The mattress that was provided was of very bad quality even after taking 300.The toilet smelled of cigarettes and they said that hot water would be available till 10'O clock but it was only available until 9'O clock. They said that they were working on itbut they did nothing.NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!

NillI had a very bad experience. The rooms are old and in terrible condition, with dirty bedsheets and fungus on the walls, and no hot water. Cleanliness is clearly ignored. The receptionist was also very unfriendly and behaved poorly.
