Worst experience staying there. The manager is extremely rude and is inconsiderate. Condescending talks and comments about Indian food. Treats guests like they stay there for free under charity. No working WiFi, no AC remote given - reason we got was people steal remotes, broken shower, bad towels, unclean bedsheets, extremely stiff diwan as third bed. No fridge in rooms, rule about not eating inside rooms. Sea View suites is just a big scam - don’t fall for it. No room service when guests are out. Only silver lining was the limited in variety but decent breakfast. The cleaning staff were respectful and decent. Manager just destroyed the experience with his talks.

Pranav Beach resort is all that they claim to be. It is unique among the many beach resorts line up the Palliyanmoola beach road. The energetic couple who owns and run it is there to take care of their guests and meet their needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief time spent their and wish them well. Environment friendly construction of the cottages using recycled doors and windows of the yore is an added attraction. Kerala food is on the menu mainly but will prepare whatever you request. Fresh fish is always there and they themselves shop for it early in the morning. All in all, a great place to spend a few days to enjoy sun, sand and local food.

I recently stayed at this beachside resort and was disappointed with my experience. The moment we arrived. we were made to wait for almost three hours before our rooms were finally provided. The manager was arrogant and dismissive instead of apologizing or offering a proper explanation. The biggest issue is lack of hygiene. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and basic cleanliness standards were not maintained. The overall environment did not feel fresh or well-maintained. The rooms were not properly cleaned and did not meet basic standards of hygiene, which made the stay uncomfortable. The food was also below expectations. The quality and taste were disappointing, and there was very little variety. Considering the price, I expected much better. The location is beautiful, but the poor cleanliness and food quality significantly affected the overall experience What made the experience even worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, the manager came across as arrogant and dismissive, showing little interest in resolving the issues we raised. Good customer service starts with listening to guests, and that was clearly lacking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves these areas for future guests.

Stayed in an AC room, it was very clean and well maintained. The resort is awesome with a beautiful beach view. Food was also very good. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended!
