The rooms are good. The services / facilities are good, but in terms of food, we need to order the kitchen a few hours in advance. The location is very good.

Locality and view from the room is too good. But, the room is not clean and many cockoraches are loitering. Service is not good and foods are not arranged in the resort. Foods are arranged from outside and the cost of foods are too high. Kitchen is available for extra cost but the kitchen is not well maintained and many insects are found. Parking facilities are available. Kids play areas are good. Care taker is not maintaining it well.

Hi guys, 4 families went to this resort last week. They provide 3 rooms in 1 cottage and 1 room in different cottage. That 1 room is like outhouse. Not good and clean. We started argue with them they asked us to adjust for 1 day we will give 4 rooms in the same cottage next day. We are not here to adjust and pay for that. Anyhow we manage. Their service was very poor. The location of this cottage is around 8 km from town. So we are completely dependent on them for food, tea and milk for childrens. They didn't allow us to use their kitchen to make a tea. But the very next day they allowed some drunkard guests to cook non veg items for their side dish. It's really pathetic. The location and ambience is really good and it's good for family with kids. Kids enjoyed a lot. But the one and only problem is care takers rude behaviour and worst service. Management should take action to change that care taker. Otherwise there will be no regular customers. Thank you
