When I was trying to book this hotel, I was genuinely wondering how it had so many good reviews and almost no negative ones. I was a bit doubtful, but I still went ahead and booked a bungalow. Now I completely understand why this place has received so much love. It is truly an amazing stay! The ambience is beautiful, the entire place covered in snow feels magical, and the service is absolutely top-notch. The staff really make sure you have a comfortable experience. The only area that could be improved is the food. It was average compared to everything else. Adding more options to the menu and including a wider variety for breakfast would make the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful place with a great atmosphere and excellent hospitality. Definitely worth visiting!

Exceptional Stay at Palette Resort! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Palette Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable accommodations, stunning surroundings, and excellent amenities. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, providing the perfect place to relax. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Had a wonderful stay at Palette Hill View Resort, Vagamon. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, adding to the overall experience. A special thanks to the restaurant manager, Mr. Rakesh, for his excellent hospitality and outstanding service. He made sure every guest was well taken care of and truly made our stay memorable. The security staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The entire resort was neat, clean, and well maintained. Overall, we had an excellent experience and highly recommend Palette Hill View Resort, Vagamon to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent reception service and great rooms, had all amenities available and bathrooms were a great fusion of Western-Indian style. Definitely felt premium and worth the pay. Staff were all exceptional, will definitely recommend staying here if travelling to waynad.
