NillWe stayed at Holiday Vagamon Resort with our family, a group of 16 people, booking both Executive Rooms and Two-Bedroom Cottages. The rooms are spacious, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing. Dust and poor maintenance were noticeable in several areas. The room towels were old, rough, and uncomfortable to use. Due to the wooden interiors, there was a noticeable moldy smell, and the curtains looked worn out and outdated. Considering the price they charge, the stay was not worth the money. There is a kids’ play area, but it is not well maintained. The only part we truly enjoyed was the outdoor swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings. We also experienced frequent power interruptions throughout our stay, which affected our overall experience. The breakfast was decent but offered very limited variety. The resort’s location and outdoor views are definitely its biggest strengths. With better housekeeping, proper maintenance, and improved staffing, this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience. As of now, I don’t feel it offers good value for the price.

NillWe had a very enjoyable stay at this resort. The location is a little away from the town center, which makes it peaceful and relaxing. There is ample parking space, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. The food was one of the highlights of our stay although it was limited. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the paid dinner was equally tasty and delicious. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations. They don't provide lunch. The swimming pool offers a beautiful view, and the kids' play area is a great addition for families traveling with children. The plantation area looks especially stunning at night when the lights are turned on, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room was well-equipped, including a kettle for making tea or coffee. Overall, a great choice for families looking for a comfortable stay with good food, scenic views, and family-friendly amenities.

NillThe property is located just about 5–7 minutes’ drive from Vagamon Junction, and the location of the resort is excellent. The resort offers independent villa-style rooms, a tree house, and dome stays, all surrounded by a beautiful tea estate, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Dinner needs to be ordered in advance by evening, and the stay includes a breakfast option as well. The property is family-friendly, with a play area for kids and indoor games like table tennis and carrom, set inside a small party hall. There is also a decent swimming pool with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were good and very supportive throughout our stay. However, we felt the overall pricing was on the higher side. They charged ₹750 per day for a 10-year-old child, ₹500 per day for an extra bed, and an additional ₹500 per day for AC, significantly increasing the total cost. Overall, it’s a good property with a great location and amenities, but the extra charges make it feel a bit expensive for the value offered and give us the feel the management is always money minded while enquiring for any services. Room and washroom should have been more clean and tidy while checkin as it was little wet inside washroom, rest of the room was big and maintained clean.
