We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and the overall experience was truly memorable. The rooms were very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel relaxed throughout the trip. The food was excellent with great taste, quality, and service. Every meal was served fresh and the hospitality from the restaurant team was outstanding. One thing that impressed us the most was the behavior of the staff. Every staff member was extremely friendly, caring, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They paid attention to even the smallest details and responded immediately in a very positive and professional manner whenever we needed anything. Their dedication towards guest comfort and satisfaction was clearly visible throughout our stay. They genuinely cared about making our trip comfortable and memorable, and because of that we felt more like guests at home rather than customers at a hotel. A special thanks to Ratheesh for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and support during our stay. He made sure everything was perfect and took extra effort to make us comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire place had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a perfect destination for families, with a comfortable and relaxing environment for everyone. The food was delicious and of great quality. While it was on the expensive side, it’s understandable given the resort’s location. We felt the quality of the food justified the price to some extent. A special thanks to Karthikan at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. All the staff were equally courteous and attentive, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. What made our experience truly special was how at home everyone made us feel. We never felt like guests—we felt like family. The only area that could use some improvement was the entertainment, which we found to be a bit limited. Aside from that, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

It’s a super new property just opened two months back with well maintained rooms, great hospitality and friendly staff. They’re really attentive all 24 hours. The food is so good in quality though the varieties are few. GM Mr. Alwin is very helpful and checking the guests comfort everyday. Scenic views and most gets down at 3 pm onwards. Peaceful stay away from bustling town crowd

What a wonderful stay we had at Abad Silver Mist! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, the food was delicious, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The hospitality truly stood out and made our experience even more special.
