I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews, as my experience was quite the opposite. My friends and I had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are available in different categories, making it easy to choose an option that fits your budget. The scenic surroundings and beautiful views from the property were a major highlight of our stay. What stood out the most to me was the attitude of the owner and the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We also spent time at the pool and had a good experience overall. The only minor issue I noticed was that the pool water caused some eye irritation, possibly due to chlorine levels or water chemistry. However, it wasn’t a significant concern for us and didn’t affect our enjoyment. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for its affordability, hospitality, and location. Rating: 4.8/5

Our recent stay was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was seamless, greeting us with bright smiles and helpful recommendations that made us feel right at home. The true highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. Whether waking up to the morning light or watching the sunset, the vista from our room was absolutely mesmerizing. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway and is something we’ll be thinking about long after our departure.

⭐☆☆☆☆||**Not Safe for Families — Especially Kids**||Resort is average. Views are decent but breakfast was really bad for the price we paid (₹20,000 for 4 rooms).||**The worst part — my nephew got seriously injured at the swimming pool. The cement steps have sharp edges and he needed 5 stitches.** When we tried reaching the management, nobody picked up our calls. Zero concern for an injured child. Absolutely disappointing response from a paid premium resort.||They don't even have a basic feedback register.||**If you are visiting with kids, please be very careful near the pool.** The management cannot be trusted to respond during emergencies.||Not recommended for families

My experience at this hotel was highly disappointing and far below acceptable standards The room cleanliness was also unacceptable. There were visible stains left behind by previous guests, clearly indicating poor housekeeping and lack of proper room preparation before check-in. Breakfast service was poorly managed. Not only was it served late, but many items were already finished well before the scheduled closing time. There was no effort made to replenish the food, leaving guests with limited choices. Most concerning was the hotel’s inability to handle an emergency situation. The staff appeared untrained and disorganized, showing no clear process or urgency, which raises serious concerns about guest safety.

I had a great time at Cliffin Restaurant! The place offers a stunning ambiance with a calm, pleasant vibe — perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. The service was friendly and prompt, and the staff made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the grilled chicken platter and the fresh juice options. Everything was well-cooked, flavorful, and nicely presented. Portions were satisfying for the price. Overall, Cliffin is a great spot if you're looking for quality food, good service, and a relaxed atmosphere.
