We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was exceptional, and a special thanks to Appu for taking such great care of us throughout our visit. Since we were traveling with our 2-year-old, Appu went above and beyond to accommodate all of our baby’s needs, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The highlight of our trip was our baby’s birthday celebration. The team arranged beautiful decorations and a lovely fireworks display, making the evening truly memorable. Everything was well organized, and they made us feel very special. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Oceano by Tranquille Resort in their sea view room. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of the ocean, making our experience truly relaxing and memorable. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying the serene atmosphere was the highlight of our trip. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of promptly. The overall ambiance of the resort was peaceful and well-maintained, perfect for a getaway. Thank you for the great hospitality—we would definitely love to visit again!

Had a unpleasant experience at this hotel resort. Went there by looking at the reviews but don’t want to trust these boutique hotels from now. Rooms were spacious but not clean and bathroom was also dirty. It felt like not even 2 star hotel for the price we are paying 5k/night we didn’t got any service of that kind. No electric kettle, tea coffee inside room, no refrigerator. We found 2 lizards in the room itself. Breakfast was really bad hardly few options. For dinner we went to near by resort pura vida and found this resort to be much better in same price. Save your money guys, for the price we are paying no such service is received. Also whole property is managed by 5-6 boys only. Pros: good location at cliff and beach, really awesome views.

This property is a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. While the location is undeniably good, that is literally the only positive thing about this place. Everything else — from service to rooms to staff behavior — is shockingly poor and nowhere near what one would expect after paying such a high amount. The staff attitude is absolutely unacceptable. There is a severe lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality. Most of the staff appear untrained, uninterested, and extremely rude. For a hotel that charges premium pricing, the absence of well-trained service staff is embarrassing. Food service is poorly managed, chaotic, and unreliable — orders are frequently missed, delayed, or outright ignored. Despite being a hotel, there is NO room service at all, which is honestly unbelievable. Guests are left to fend for themselves. Budget home-stays provide better comfort, attention, and hospitality than this place — and that says a lot. Paying this much and still not receiving even basic hotel services feels like being cheated. The rooms are highly disappointing and nowhere close to what is advertised. Cleanliness is average at best, maintenance is poor, and the rooms feel outdated and badly managed. During peak summer, staying in the room becomes unbearable because the AC barely works. It is weak, ineffective, and clearly not maintained. A proper rest is impossible due to the heat, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The biggest disaster, however, is the breakfast service. They follow a rigid, illogical, and absurd time window of 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and after that, they simply refuse to serve food, claiming that “time is over” and “no food is available.” Multiple breakfast items are missed regularly, orders are incomplete, and there is zero accountability. The staff does not care, nor do they try to resolve complaints — instead, they respond rudely and dismissively. This is especially ridiculous for a holiday destination. Guests come here to relax, unwind, and enjoy their time — not to wake up and eat according to strict office or school schedules. Are we paying such a huge amount to be told “rules are rules” and denied food? This kind of attitude completely ruins the vacation experience. There is no flexibility, no understanding, and absolutely no guest-first approach. The management seems disconnected from ground reality and has clearly failed to train or supervise their staff. The overall experience feels mismanaged, overpriced, and poorly thought out. To summarise: • Overpriced for the quality offered • Extremely poor service standards • Rude and unprofessional staff • No room service • Inefficient food service • Terrible AC during summers • Rigid and unreasonable breakfast rules • Zero value for money

We stayed in Oceano for two days and had such a beautiful and memorable time. The room service was top-notch, and the view from the balcony is worth everything. So many thanks to Akhil and Appu for their warm service! 🤍
