Absolutely Worst Experience – Completely Disappointed I’m utterly shocked and disappointed by the kind of service I received at your restaurant. The girl at the billing counter was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. She spoke in such a disrespectful and condescending tone, as if she owned the place. Her behavior was not just unpleasant—it was downright insulting. For someone who is supposed to be the face of customer interaction, she lacks even the most basic etiquette. She clearly has no training in how to speak to customers or handle issues politely. Her arrogant attitude and lack of manners made the entire experience very frustrating. It felt like she was doing a favor by simply responding. As for the food—it was below average, tasteless, and poorly presented. On top of that, the service was excruciatingly slow. We had to wait unnecessarily long for even the simplest of things. No coordination, no professionalism, and certainly no sense of hospitality. Honestly, this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. I had high expectations, but the overall service, staff behavior, and food quality were shockingly poor. This place needs serious attention from its management, because at this rate, you’re going to lose loyal customers very fast. Strongly NOT recommended..

Visited White Orchid with my friend, and it turned out to be one of the worst food experiences we’ve ever had. After having their so-called “cheese-loaded fries,” both of us ended up vomiting 7–8 times. It was clearly something wrong with the food — maybe stale or unhygienic. The taste was disgusting, and the after-effect was even worse. Totally disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. A complete waste of money and health risk. Big thumbs down 👎 — NEVER visiting again.

Food and service is very bad. People were smoking openly and another thing they will not give Swiggy or zomato discount if you book prior. It's not an appropriate place for family.I will not recommend this place to anyone. Food is pathetic. Please don't go to this place you will regret and our money will be wasted.

We went on Sunday with friends and family and enjoyed a lot. The food and ambience is nice. Initially we had a service issue but when we complained about the same, the owner itself intervened and made things right. We liked the food (both nonveg and veg). The only thing we noticed is that the rate compared to the quantity of the food is not up to the mark in terms of the main course, other than that the starters are good and delicious. The music is good. After dinner they played the songs on our request. So, in all we enjoyed the food, music and vibe of the place. Great place to visit with friends and family.

I recently visited the place with friends and colleagues & had an pleasant experience. The ambiance of restaurant was very good for clicking memories📸. It was good place to relax and chilling while enjoying the vibes of music, fun and meals. If you're looking to hang out with friends, and enjoy some good times, this restaurant is a good option.

Yesterday was my birthday, and I had a party with my friends at this restaurant. The food was good, but the staff member named Rajkumar had very rude behavior. He asked us to place our order quickly, saying the last order was at 11 PM. We ordered and were enjoying our meal when, at around 11:40 PM, he turned off all the lights of the restaurant and told us we had to leave . We told him the closing time was listed as 12 AM on Google, but he started arguing and insisted we leave right away . Because of his rude behavior, we couldn't even finish our food and had to leave early. We couldn't enjoy the party either. I would suggest that if you plan to go to this restaurant, make sure to confirm everything beforehand, so you don't experience this kind of behaviour.

I had heard the drawbacks of the service available here. But in my personal experience the service they provide is the best. I love the ambiance of the hotel. And the food quality is best. Talking about the rate of the restaurant it is adorable keeping the ambiance in the eye. The atmosphere is best enough. So I give it five stars. And this is not a paid review. Nice ambience and good food. Service was a bit slow. Otherwise it's a nice place to visit.
