Absolutely Worst Experience – Completely Disappointed I’m utterly shocked and disappointed by the kind of service I received at your restaurant. The girl at the billing counter was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. She spoke in such a disrespectful and condescending tone, as if she owned the place. Her behavior was not just unpleasant—it was downright insulting. For someone who is supposed to be the face of customer interaction, she lacks even the most basic etiquette. She clearly has no training in how to speak to customers or handle issues politely. Her arrogant attitude and lack of manners made the entire experience very frustrating. It felt like she was doing a favor by simply responding. As for the food—it was below average, tasteless, and poorly presented. On top of that, the service was excruciatingly slow. We had to wait unnecessarily long for even the simplest of things. No coordination, no professionalism, and certainly no sense of hospitality. Honestly, this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. I had high expectations, but the overall service, staff behavior, and food quality were shockingly poor. This place needs serious attention from its management, because at this rate, you’re going to lose loyal customers very fast. Strongly NOT recommended..

Visited White Orchid with my friend, and it turned out to be one of the worst food experiences we’ve ever had. After having their so-called “cheese-loaded fries,” both of us ended up vomiting 7–8 times. It was clearly something wrong with the food — maybe stale or unhygienic. The taste was disgusting, and the after-effect was even worse. Totally disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. A complete waste of money and health risk. Big thumbs down 👎 — NEVER visiting again.

Food and service is very bad. People were smoking openly and another thing they will not give Swiggy or zomato discount if you book prior. It's not an appropriate place for family.I will not recommend this place to anyone. Food is pathetic. Please don't go to this place you will regret and our money will be wasted.

We went on Sunday with friends and family and enjoyed a lot. The food and ambience is nice. Initially we had a service issue but when we complained about the same, the owner itself intervened and made things right. We liked the food (both nonveg and veg). The only thing we noticed is that the rate compared to the quantity of the food is not up to the mark in terms of the main course, other than that the starters are good and delicious. The music is good. After dinner they played the songs on our request. So, in all we enjoyed the food, music and vibe of the place. Great place to visit with friends and family.

I had heard the drawbacks of the service available here. But in my personal experience the service they provide is the best. I love the ambiance of the hotel. And the food quality is best. Talking about the rate of the restaurant it is adorable keeping the ambiance in the eye. The atmosphere is best enough. So I give it five stars. And this is not a paid review. Nice ambience and good food. Service was a bit slow. Otherwise it's a nice place to visit.

Their staff are very cooperative & humble. Rates of food are very nominal. The taste of the food is excellent. Their environment & decoration is awesome. I planned my 1st party there & the party was awesome due to their cooperative staff. My experience was amazing.

Yesterday was my friend's birthday so I went to your cafe. But personally I realised staff was very rude.. they treating us very badly There was no crowd so they had to close early. A staff member whose name was Rajkumar said that he will take the last order at 10:30. He started switching off the lights at 10:45 And he started forcing us to eat quickly.and said we want to close early because there is no crowd also switched off the table lights at 11pm and we were eating our food at that time. And he said now it closing time Never visiting this restaurant again worst experience in my life
