Royal Sunrise Resort

Service is too bad. There is no cleanliness in the pool and restaurant. Glasses are dirty, sofas are very filthy. Restaurant is totally unhealthy. When we showed it to the manager, he behaved absurdly. Sorry to say but I recommend not to visit untill unless you don't have any other option.

It was a very weired experience here. We had taken a party pack for 800 rupees per head. Which included pool and food.The staff promised to give the starter in 10 minutes. Even after we asked them 10 times, the staff brought the starter after 2 hours.Because of which we had to cancel the order and leave from there on an empty stomach.The staff here does not listen to anyone. The pool was very dirty. The staff there also behaves very badly We recommend not to go here at all...

Visit last monday, I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel,even when asked for different kind of food less spicy they arrange well,all things service,food, crockery,was awsm.

Lizard and cockrochs roaming around the room, even one room don't have lock key, belonginga not safe, washroom are dirty, night staff sardar ji is unprofessional and rude person, dirty towels and pillow, even pillow keep without pillow cover. TV unite just for show case and most important, we asked for 3 hours for water bottle, no one listen. Worst experience ever Had. Don't book this resort

Went there for New year party. The organisers said only family and couples are allowed. No stack entry are allowed but before 10pm there were many stack entry and they were drinking and finally they stood over chair and table and started dancing. I found the situation was not safe for my family and friends so i left before 11:00 pm and the plan that i had to celebrate till 12:00am was ruined.

It's spacious and perfect for a fun pool party. Anayka and her friends had a blast splashing around. Party Perfect: The dance floor and party hall were well-suited for our celebration. There was ample space for everyone to move around, dance, and enjoy the festivities. Overall, the Royal Sunrise Resort provided a great setting for Anayka's birthday bash. The facilities were perfect for a party atmosphere, and the location was convenient for our guests. We would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to host a celebration in Gwalior!
