I recently stayed at playotel and what truly stood out to me was the outstanding performance of the hotel staff throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was incredibly efficient with check-in, providing clear information about the amenities and answering all my questions patiently. Throughout the stay, the housekeeping staff maintained high standards of cleanliness and were always courteous when encountered in the halls. Room service was prompt and polite, and any special requests were handled quickly and with care. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond. Whether it was arranging a last-minute airport transfer or recommending local restaurants, every interaction felt personal and sincere. It’s clear that the staff are well-trained, professional, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction.

Had an amazing time at Playotel! 🍹😋 The mocktails and drinks were super refreshing, and the food was just delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served! 🍽️✨ Loved spending time at the pool 🏊‍♂️🌞, it was clean and perfect for relaxing. But honestly, the highlight was the wonderful staff—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring! 😊🙌 If you're looking for a place with great vibes, tasty food, awesome drinks, and fantastic hospitality, Playotel is definitely the spot! Can't wait to go back again! 🌟👍

The behaviour of this person ,Arjun was very good. I felt the premium service due to the excellent behaviour of the staff . Hygiene is also worth appreciating. One more thing I'll like to add that the place is best among other properties. And special thanks to Arjun for warm gesture.

Recently had a get together here. The staff here is very polite. Food is truly exceptional. If you are looking for calm ambience with less crowd than this is definitely a place to be.

I was travelling to Mahakal and chose to stay at Playotel Mahesha — and I’m so glad I did! The property is very convenient to reach, with close proximity to the airport and the Ujjain Highway, making travel extremely easy. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly cooperative and welcoming throughout. A special thanks to the owner, Mr. Gourang Sharma, who was not only polite but went out of his way to help me arrange a cab for my onward journey — truly appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable. In fact, I genuinely feel the property is underpriced for the quality of service and experience they offer. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
