Solaris Club And Resort

Very poor service we book this club and resort for our daughter birthday they ruin our whole function. They took full payment of food service before service and don’t start the food our lot of guests went back home just because they stop food service. They said first clear up decoration balance then we start your food and talk in very rude manner the decoration done by the wife of owner of property so she is doing whatever she wants to do she asked me what type of decoration you want and then give the worst decoration that looks so ugly that u can’t even stand infront of that decoration said we will do 6 ballon blast and then at that moment they only install 4 ballons Decoration team is managed by owner of property she said its my hobby just because of her time pass she is destroying everyone’s function. Just imagine how bad it is when they stop food in mid of function and your guests are leaving without food. So please don’t book this hotel again they are cheaters. Even they don’t have any stand for cake they give an ugly table for cake cutting that even not fitting in there stage I will share the decoration i want and the decoration they give me

It is a decent hotel, service was good, breakfast for me everything was very spicy..I used to eat bread butter jam mostly.. sambar did not like at all.. service is good...

I ENJOYED A LOT THERE.. THERE WAS A LOT OF CHOICE IN BREAKFAST AND DINNER.. THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD AND THE SWIMMING POOL WAS ALSO BIG ENOUGH.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Rooms are clean well maintained just with a low height in some areas. It can be budget friendly. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was above average. Have fun 👍

It was a very bad experience the way to our room was from the back which was not clean and didn't feel safe Billing was wrong and they tried to charge extra for what we ordered they didn't accept their mistake. rooms were old smelly they didn't even had proper locks
