What a wonderful peaceful place to stay. Mr Ganesh gave us excellent service in the restaurant at all our meals. Meal selection was great. We were given excellent service as soon as we entered the hotel and until we left from all the staff. Everyone was so friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here. Would love to come back in the future.

The room was scheduled to be given at 12.00 PM, but room could be allocated only by 3.00 PM. Staff there weren't able to tell when the room will be allocated. Coming to food, most of the things were too sweet for a normal sugar eater. The breakfast is good though. Rooms weren't up to the mark, Bath tubs had crack and even shower wasn't running properly. Stayed there for 2 days, didn't feel that it's worth the money.

Chandela Hotel was exceptional. The entrance was grand. All the staff are extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The resturant is exquisite, the head waiter Ganesh was hands on and explained the different foods to detail and not forgetting the food was delicious. Highly recommend staying at this opulent hotel.

The resort is a wonderful place to stay. The interiors are aesthetic and luxurious. You get all the top notch facilities which makes your pay worth it. We really enjoyed our time here and would 100% recommend this place to all the people who want to have a relaxing time at a nice place in Khajuraho.

We were a group of 8 ladies on a vacation for 2 days on 3rd and 4th August 2024. The hotel is well situated providing easy access to the Khajuraho temples and other local attractions. Rooms were top notch. Property was awesome. Well maintained. The issue was with food. The only chicken dish served was cold and horrible. This significantly affected our dining experience as we were looking forward to enjoying good meals after a long day of sightseeing. The service was lackluster and the staff did not seem attentive to our needs, especially regarding the quality of the food. The chef just came to us and with his head down said Sorry to us. We hope the management takes steps to improve their dining services to enhance the experience for future guests. Special mention to Ms Lipika at the front office desk. She was very friendly and helpful.

Visited this place during WHR2024 , superb amenities. Observant and friendly staff especially Mr Lee the manager, he made sure everything was top notch. Very hospitable, highly recommended, best place in Khajuraho.

Rooms are fine, but the AC was bad. Have to complain multiple times to get it corrected. Location was fine, it was on main road. But we had a bad experience in terms of service while checking-out, we took 3 rooms, and even extended a room for another day. still we were charged for extra key for 400/-. which was too unreasonable 400/- for just a card is too much, and they did not even inform initially that extra key is chargeable. We did get a bill for that, but despite that felt that, it was unreasonable costs.
