WOWSTAYZ Pachmarhi Ecotel Resort

Had a great stay. The food was tasty. they include breakfast and dinner. All food is vegetarian. The resort is beautiful, in the middle of a forest. The grounds are quite large and well maintained. There are two pools/wells on the ground - one in which there are a family of frogs (kids love it). Many varieties of flowers, and lots of butterflies. The swimming pool is also well maintained with a rain shower, and kids pool. Parts of the resort is still under construction. One problem is that there is no network while you are in the room - you have to sit in the balcony or reception to catch the hotel Wi Fi - there will be no mobile network. There is a games room with TT, snooker and carrom. There is beautiful Warli artwork on the resort. The resort is at a bit of distance from Pachmarhi town - check if the distance works for you.

This location really offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature. The surrounding environment is simply beautiful and serene. I found it to be a truly refreshing escape from everyday life. Staying here allows for a peaceful and relaxing experience. I would certainly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nature-filled getaway.

I went to this place with my family. My parents loved it, they have amazing services - and staff is so humble and always ready to help you out to anything and everything. It’s a perfect staycation if you are looking for a gateway to chill, laugh and have fun with your loved ones. Def recommended

Very very pleasant stay, rooms were clean and spacious, food is yummy, service is prompt! If you’re looking for a relaxing get away this property would just be perfect! Swimming pool and a lot of play area, big lawns, pond and nature all around..

Stayed here with a group of friends and had such a blast! We spent the mornings birdwatching — over 500 species, can you believe it? — then relaxed at the pool in the afternoons. Evenings were reserved for table tennis battles and pool matches. The in-house restaurant serves farm-fresh meals, and Durgesh even let us try our hand at cooking with their fresh herbs. A great spot for group trips!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Experience at WOWSTAYZ Pachmarhi Ecotel Resort Dear WOWSTAYZ Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at WOWSTAYZ Pachmarhi Ecotel Resort located in Matkuli, Pachmarhi (Madhya Pradesh). My experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The management was highly uncooperative. Whenever we requested any basic service or assistance, the staff responded rudely and refused to help. We had come to enjoy our vacation, not to argue or face such behavior. Moreover, the pictures shown online are completely misleading — the actual property condition is very different from what is advertised. This feels like a case of false representation. Kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. I also request a suitable resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Ecotel in Pachmarhi is a hidden gem! Clean, well-maintained rooms, friendly staff, and a calm, green location make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was tasty, service was quick, and the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
