Hotel Review: D Green Village Resort – Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at D Green Village Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the hotel lacked basic hospitality standards. There was no housekeeping staff available, and the rooms were extremely dirty and uncleaned. The washroom was in an unhygienic condition, making the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I found a dead mosquito inside the kettle, which was highly unhygienic. There was no hot water available for drinking, adding to the list of inconveniences. The staff's behavior was another major disappointment. They were arrogant and unhelpful, showing no concern for guest comfort. Overall, my stay was very unpleasant, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay.

We recently celebrated a wedding at The Green Villa Resort, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The arrangements were impeccable, with every detail taken care of beautifully. The resort itself is stunning, featuring a serene pool, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making the celebration truly memorable. It’s the perfect venue for any special occasion. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a combination of elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality!

Booked the hotel at the last minute before reaching Gangapur via MMT. We reached there at 12.30 AM and check in was smooth and we were guided by the staff to the room. The room was spacious and we were 3 so extra bedding was also provided within few minutes. Room was clean and tidy though walls have some issue but that doesn’t matter. Location was on the main road and very large property and beautifully build. Basic toiletries were provided and there is swimming pool as well with a nice view. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing place well built but not maintained, worst management and staff and aminites not working even jetspray broken. Top of that one extra bed cost is 500 and no food all restaurants shut , pool shut down waste waste waste 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

The property is huge but not maintained properly. All the staff was good but the manager Mr. Sanjeev Uttekar was very very rude. We had to check in 11 in the night and went for Darshan. However due to back to back holidays there was quite rush in the temple and we got late for check out. I requested Mr. Sanjeev to allow me some extra time as I had to finish one important office call but he charged extra money for that. He saw the travellers are physically disabled and senior citizens but still he had no courage for them. Moreover we adjusted somehow as the WC was very unclean in both our rooms and flush was not working properly. I had to clean bucket myself it was so dusty. Entire property was empty except 2 rooms which we booked still the manager was behaving very very rudely. 1. Swimming pool is not at all maintained, lot of liters, tree leafs, insects were floating on the water. 2. Towels are very rough 3. Bed mattresses?? .oh god you will have to compromise on your back pain 4. Toilet (WC) very dirty, lot of stains, not washed more than years 5. Bathroom, bath faucet, bucket, walls, hangers are not clean. bathroom door lock not working 6.. There are lot of steps everywhere like to go to reception, cottages, restaurants, swimming pool etc. but no railings for kids, senior citizens, disabled persons anywhere in the resort/ restaurant was found 7. Wi-Fi was not working properly 8. If you are not coming by your own vehicle then it is very difficult to go around in the resort as cottages are very far from the main gate , reception and restaurant. Overall Very bad experience, you will find some better hotels nearby like Four petels, Ajinkyatara, Punekar bhavans etc.pls go for it. Not really worth paying more than 1.5k per night.

The rooms are not cleaned properly (low quality spring mattress ) and the restaurant takes 1 hour to prepare the food. The location was good and the swimming pool was in working condition.

Awesome resort! Very peaceful, you will feel the village wibes the moment you enter in resort! Staff : very humble, cooperative Parking : yes Room service : No Hot water : yes Food : very tasty, but slightly expensive, they are charging like hotel in Mumbai :) Complimentary breakfast: no variety , they do charge for mineral water though breakfastis Complimentary :)

Dear all *do not book this resort* This guest house of nightmare and very unhinged and not safe for the family . *Resort in Very jungle area with no safety for family * All AC are in not working and no GAS in AC as confirmed by staff * ⁠All mattresses are very old and spring is coming out of mattress, you can sleep on that or else u can face back pain issue * ⁠Swining pool is in very bad condition , water is in not recyclable you may get skin issue * ⁠Reception staff is very irresponsible and same instuct by owner to them Please check the photos as well which is have uploaded.
