NillLocated near the beach.. Parking is available but the road is very narrow... Service could be better. Rooms are clean and aesthetic. Overall a good experience.

NillThis house is managed by mobsters who look for any ridiculous excuse to pressure you into paying. Never seen such a bad service and such a scam in 5 years in India. No real kitchen. Only a small bathroom sink instead of a kitchen sink. Dirty. The bedrooms are clean. The pool is nice. But the staff and management are a disaster. You won’t be able to enjoy the place because the mob will come at 7 PM to tell you to stop partying, or tell you that the pool is unavailable in the morning (so basically unavailable half the time you will be there). And the place isn’t cheap either. They kept us locked inside at the end even though everything was cleared with the management, because they wanted money. Very unsafe. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

NillWe had an awful experience. The staff was horrible: rude, unhelpful, inefficient. When we asked for extra beds/mattresses (which we actually paid an extra for) they brought dirty dusty mattresses that felt like they were dragged on the ground, and gave no pillow/sheets to go with them. During the whole stay, they kept interrupting us for no apparent reason, which completely killed the vibe. The peak of their rudeness & gangsterism happened at the end of the stay: the villa had been inspected, the deposit returned - while we were waiting for our cab, they invented that there was some damage done and that we had paid for, and locked us in the villa to hold us captive until we paid for the said damage. The was completely false and the villa had been inspected with the staff at the end of the stay before returning the deposit. Avoid at all costs

NillMy friends has been held captive because the managers have lock them in intentionnally because apparently the ping pong table was damaged, which was absolutely not the case. They just wanted an excuse for us to give more money I think. We are thinking about file a complaint with the police. Also 10 men suddenly arrived at the villa at 11pm to intimidate us to turn off the volume, which we did anyway but it was ridiculous to send these people and they had nothing to do there. Many other disrupting things happened. No hot water also.

NillIt was very bad and sad experience. We checked in on 18th May 2023 for 2 days. They take entire payment before you check in even when 50% advance was paid on booking. Never ever seen this before anywhere. Forget about a glass of welcome drink or at least a glass of water. First thing the man on reception demanded was balance rent. No lunch and dinner was available. They simply gave reference to a hotel to order meals. Breakfast and tea was provided but there's no variety and taste was so so. Service was absolutely pathetic. Nobody seemed to be concerned. For everything you have to call them on mobile number. There's no intercom available. I have never seen such thing anywhere in India. No intercom or bell in the room. Refrigerator in the hotel was not working. Stock of drinking water was not available in the resort throughout our stay. Cloth hangers were not available in the room. Water heater jar was not working. After checking in you have to ask for Towel also. Don't expect shaving kit and dental kit or anybody to bring your baggage at the time of checkout after paying 4000 per day. Needless to say that wifi quality was poor and you have to ask for password if you want. In short nothing is available on platter. Only silver line is rooms are good considering the place. If you read other reviews, they give stereotype reply on all negative reviews saying that "treat this as isolated incident ". Funny. No wonder there was no occupancy except a couple of rooms. Owner or management should think on this. Won't recommend anyone to go to this place.

NillBest place for corporate events! We had great fun! The host made wonderful arrangements! The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food was amazing and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most!

NillWill appreciate where it is due. I had some mix up with the online booking which they helped to sort. Rest from that point was a horrible experience. The hotel has a very poorly maintained swimming pool and they will do everything in their power to not let u enter the swimming pool. I had specifically told them I'll be using the pool at 5 pm so they added chlorine in water at that time making it impossible to use it. In the afternoon while we were resting a carpenter knocked on the door wanting to make some changes in the room. First of such experience for me. Then they shifted us to another room as apparently room renovations are more important than the guests. The staff is such a gem u can order whatever u wish to eat and they will get u whatever they want to feed, they will make an effort to ask u what u want though.

NillThe hotel is good and rooms are tidy. The hotel is not as huge as might seem from the photos. Location is amazing. Kihim Beach is around 5-10 minutes walk. Staff is helpful and polite. Food is great. I went just before 31st Dec and for this reason had to pay 7k per night after discount. I believe somewhere around 3.5k should be the right price for the rooms during normal days.
