Datarwadi Resort.

Visited Datarwadi in December. The place is beautiful..lots of coconut trees and overall greenery and cleanliness. There is ample space to roam around and enjoy under the trees in hammocks and swings. The seashore is just outside the resort and there are multiple water sports available there. To top this all, the food is homely and tasty. Both veg and non-veg is good. The service is good and the owners themselves serve you specially as their own house guests.

Excellent, clean, safe & family friendly place for a family outing. Rooms are spacious, clean & well facilitated. The owners Mr. Datar & his family who manage & run the entire property are very helpful, considerate & accommodative. Their homestyle food may it be veg or non veg is delicious. The property is 1 min away from Kihim beach hence you can walkin & out very easily. Highly recommended for family get togethers & get aways.

Excellent experience of staying at Datarwadi, Kihim. First of all hosts are very cooperative and friendly. They themselves take efforts to provide good service and tasty food. It is located almost on the Kihim beach. Rooms are in the midst of coconut and brittle nut trees. It gives real konkan experience. Dining area is in open air so that you can enjoy morning tea with soothing morning sunrays and the dinner with evening seabreez. Overall it's relaxing and refreshing spot. Rooms are simple but clean. It is value for money.

The rooms were immaculately clean and hygienic. Toilets are clean and tidy. What truly stood out was the attention to detail in providing essential amenities: - 24-hour hot water ensured refreshing showers anytime - 24/7 purified drinking water eliminated worries about hydration Other notable mentions: - Cozy atmosphere and peaceful surroundings: Apart from the rooms there is ample of open area for playing and seating throughout the day. You can stay here for a complete day. - Friendly and helpful hosts: The owners here are so humble and helpful. Loved their hospitality throughout my stay. Mr Aditya Datar and his wife Mrs Jui Datar and their parents look after you and your needs throughout your stay. - Delicious homemade food.made by the owners themselves (wright from morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner). You can have traditional maharashtrian food here. They homemade pickles and chatni are delicious and mouth watering. You should try their Ukadiche Modak and ghavan chatni. You need to preorder your food as per your liking and availability at the location. They have non-vegetarian dishes also. You must try there Fish thali. The kolambi rassa prepared is mind blowing. Surmai fry was mouth watering. Overall, Datarwadi exceeded my expectations, offering a serene and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a home away from home! In most of the hotels, we need to buy Bisleri water by paying but here they provide filtered RO water. Very nice destination in front of beach only. Must visit here.

We had a wholesome experience here. 1. Service: It's a place run by good and sincere people. Very authentic and honest communication; with punctual and professional service. 2. Stay: The rooms are decent and spacious for 3 people per room. The hygiene is proper, including the washrooms. The whole place is clean and tidy. The "wadi" (open area with coconut plantations) is an airy and wide area with what you want in a "wadi" like this: swings and a good number of hammocks! Due to a moderate number of available rooms, the place doesn't feel crowded. You can be comfortable and maintain your privacy, even when you're out in the "wadi". 3. Food: The food is nice. We had fulfilling experience with veg as well as non-veg meals. Tasty food with good quantity. There's good variety: sea food and poultry; good choices in vegetables. The sweets are nice. 4. The location is great; so close to the Kihim beach and easily accessible. If you're a no-nonsense person and if you want to take your family on a good outing, this place is for you.
