They are not even worth a star. First of all they said different amount on call. We were happily agreed on it. And on field once I went there they said it is for 1 day. The staff which contacted is clearly saying aisa kuch nahi hua baat sahab, And trust me he was drunk Plus the owner came started talking rudely saying niklo yaha se. This was worst experience ever. Wastage of money. Never ever go to place were you treated as a beggar. And it's not enjoyable at all ambience was very dirty

Staff is cooperative. Rooms are descent. Location is perfect, just near to the Kihim beach. Photogenic place. The only one con, they don't provide any food. Rest are all good.

One of the best budget stays in Maharashtra. Location is also perfect. Property is almost in heart of the city, easy transport. The family treat you as one among them.

Best place for family and group stays. Food quality is very good, rooms are clean, service is best and they have a huge space to play games and do other activities.

Bad experience 😪, There was no coordination between manager and owner.We wasted one hour because they miscommunicated. First owner confirmed our booking, but the manager told us that it had been fully booked

3 Star Rooms at a reasonable price that too near beach, service of the place is great. Owners is very helpful and corporative. Must visit.
