Location is closer to beach near about 1.5 km to varsoli beach but the location of villa is not so good as there is pond behind the villa which causes a lot of mosquitoes and bugs so accessing pool is not good and also there is a smell of fish all around property made it a bit difficult to stay outside

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful, clean place, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the host, who was incredibly cooperative and nice throughout our stay. The property is maintained very nicely, with meticulous attention to detail evident in every corner. It truly felt like a home away from home. The serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the chaos of daily life, allowing us to relax and unwind with our loved ones. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. It's undoubtedly the best place to get away and enjoy the company of those you hold dear. Thank you to the host and the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience. We can't wait to visit again!

While the only great thing about this place is the pool, that too comes with a lot of insects and mosquitoes during the evenings as the surrounding area is a swamp and collected water. There is no cover for the pool, so every morning it's full of dead insects, with no cleaning done. During our 3 night stay, the filter for the pool was run only about 10 min during house cleaning. It's impossible to sit outside or on the terrace during the evenings or nights so you are confined to the interiors. The interiors are moderate. There are no power points in any of the bedrooms near the bed or tables. Infact there were open switchboards in 2 out of the 3 rooms! The kitchen is in a MESS and is dirty. The hot water in the bath suddenly stops and you are left with cold water. The bath tubs are dirty and bathrooms are not kept clean. The bed sheets had stains as well and we had to request them to be changed again. The menu is limited and we arranged food from outside. Overall the place is kinda OK. Hopefully 5.0 will have upgrades!!

The overall experience at the hotel resort was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing. A truly memorable stay.

To start with.... the place is a little bit on the inside and on a dead end... but no problem getting there by a car or autorickshaw. Nearby there are not many properties it's actually a swamp / water logged area adjacent to this property. Rooms are spacious but the washrooms could be a bit more cleaner and maintained ( two bathrooms have the window glasses missing). Tub is available but no soap etc to use the same. The Kitchen is usable but it does need a bit of maintenance / deep clean. For eg. There are a lot of plates and utensils available but we had to clean them again before using them... fridge had old food and the freezer is just choked with a big lump of ice and there was no freezer door. The main issue is with the sliding doors on ground floor, they don't close properly and it's a big security risk. Having said all of this, the care taker was very helpful and absolutely no issues with service. All that I stated above are issues or situations that cannot be handled by a caretaker. However, there were no issues with the swimming pool, it was clean and was also cleaned everyday. We had the best time only because of the pool in the property. Autorickshaw took 600/- rs for one side from M2M ferry point to this location . I will recommend this place to someone traveling with a car and looking for a budget stay with a swimming pool and if you opt for a cook then no need to deal with the kitchen.

I booked this property via Airbnb in advance for September, but later the owner came back and asked us to cancel it, citing their own policy of not accepting bookings more than a month in advance. In such cases, it is important to ensure that your policies are clearly communicated and displayed. This came as a surprise, and now I'm unsure about what will happen when we arrive. I am certain that the owner intended to increase the price later and requested us to cancel the booking. If we had already made the reservation, what was the reason for asking us to cancel? It's strange and disappointing.
