Westbay Resort and Spa

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick and excellent. The resort is well-maintained and clean. I stayed in a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The garden, pool, and overall property were beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing sea views.

Had recently booked a stay for my guests and they had a great time. The resort also arranged pickup and drop from railway station along with local sightseeing at nominal rates which were done in a professional manner with good vehicles and driver. Special thanks to Namrata for making the entire process of booking and coordination very easy for us. Will definitely recommend more guests in the future!!

Captain Abhishek and Aakesh gave a very nice service for breakfast. Breakfast spread was wide and delicious and I would be coming back here again. Rooms are clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. View from hotel is the USP.

Very nice location and hospitality. Food also very testy and reasonable. I strongly recommend this place for celebration of vacations. The kids also will like this place as management took care to provide play area and swimming pool for them. Landscaping is very good management also took care to maintain greenery which adds the beauty. Over all one of the best Hotels I visited till now.

Stayed for 1 day at Westbay resort, Ganpatipule but it was a memorable experience. The staff is really courteous from the housekeeping to front desk to the restaurant. The food is really good especially the spread and taste. The resort is child friendly with the beach just across the road via a small trail. We had a minor injury but the staff handled it really well and quickly took us to the nearby medical facility.

It is a very good hotel with quality services. The view of the hotel is amazing. The amenities are great. Games zone are also awesome. One can spend holiday in the hotel no need to go out for fun we can have it in hotel. The staff is very much co-operative with a smile on face whole day. Anjali and Vikas

We just loved the place. The ambience. The service. The food. Sunset. Epic. We were here for around 5-6 hrs and really enjoyed with friends. Thank you Westbay. We are surely gonna visit "On the Rocks" again.

Awesome ambience, superb location, pathetic restaurant management, good food. I think the middle managers taking the seating in the restaurant and overseeing the operations need to be trained a lot on management, soft skills and etiquettes. The waiters were good, esp. shubham.
