Owner and his son is soo humble, Friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, they made our stay feel genuinely special.

Visit the patilwadi resort with my friends. We enjoyed food both veg & non veg meals were very delicious, rooms clean & near. Enjoyed the stay service. & Nearest beach touch property. Overall it's was very good & relaxing stay

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Both afternoon and evening meal were tastiest and most enjoyable to eat. Resort is connected to beach and easily accessible.

Owner is very friendly, there is a beach connectivity at ~100 meter The food was just amazing especially the fish They are preparing for the swimming pool and by another 15 days it will be available to use Make sure you carry mosquito repellent cream as there are lots of mosquito outside rooms

We had been here on 9-10th November with group of 28 people and 2 kids. PROS: The place is located near beach. Nice ambience, 4 good size rooms for 3-4 people and 2 dormatories each for 11 people, spacious dining area. Must mention that their tasty Veg/Non Veg food is USP. CONS: Despite its beautiful location, the resort fell short in several areas. The owner didn't keep promises he made verbally to us at the time of booking & after reminding him about it, he simply refused to serve. Unfortunately my experience was also spoiled by leakages & poor water supply in bathrooms/toilets. The housekeeping staff was only one person. Previous garbage was not discarded from dustbins when we reached there. Only one 20 liter mineral water can was placed at dining area and no water provided in rooms. Many times we need to ask repeatedly for the necessary things like toiletries, biscuits with tea. Inspite of knowing the size of our group ,there was a shortage of glasses on dining table also. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM. So I would advise you that get the commitments & promises made by property owner IN WRITING while booking to safeguard your rights & value for money. The Resort has potential but attention to details is necessary.
