"I had a terrible experience here. They made false commitments and agreed to everything before the booking, but after that, they started asking for extra charges for the kitchen. To make matters worse, there are no cooking facilities at the villa, and they asked us to go outside to cook! Also, nowhere was it mentioned that the villa is veg-only, and since we’re all non-veg, it caused a lot of inconvenience. The swimming pool was ridiculously small, filthy, and smelly – definitely not what was promised. On top of that, the service was disgusting and there was lower shed all the time and in night time also and the charges are way too high for the poor quality they offer. It's definitely not worth it, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other better options available, so don’t get trapped here!" We visited this 4BHK villa with our office team for a weekend getaway. While the place has potential and some good aspects, there were several issues that impacted the overall experience. Positives: The location is peaceful and easy to reach — just on the city outskirts, ideal for a quick escape. Caretakers were friendly and honest, always available when needed. Blinkit and Zomato deliveries are available at the property, which is convenient for food and essentials. The villa is spacious enough for a mid-sized group. Fridge and AC were in working condition. Negatives: The microwave had a short circuit and the TV was not functional throughout the stay. The bathroom window in the ground floor room was broken, compromising privacy. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty, which affected comfort. There was no water pressure in any of the washrooms, which caused inconvenience. The pool was smaller than expected, suitable for only 6–7 people at a time (we were 13). The pool floor had sharp/rough areas – one of us got a cut on the foot. No safety net or barrier around the pool, and there’s a steep drop beside the villa, which is unsafe. The snooker table had only one stick, limiting usability. Electricity issues were frequent, and the inverter only supports one light and one fan per room. Mosquitoes were a problem at night, so we had to close all windows early. The entry/approach road is in poor condition and needs attention. With improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and safety, this place could be a great stay for future guests. Until then, go with managed expectations.

Overall, I would not recommend this villa. Please don’t go by the photos—they are very misleading. The current state of the property is quite deteriorated. Many things are broken, not functioning properly, and cleanliness is a major issue. The swimming pool was dirty, and it seems they don’t even use a proper filtration system. It’s definitely not worth the money you’re being asked to pay. If you still decide to book this villa, I strongly suggest holding back at least 30% of the payment until you see the property in person and confirm that everything is in order. Only then should you release the remaining amount to the owner or caretaker.

The service of the villa is average. The rooms are good and clean. The location and surroundings are peaceful . And the pool is deep and kids can play peacefully but take your own toys. And cabs and ola and uber don't pick up ride. Overall u will face rude issue so take your own ride.. That it..

Rooms and villa is overall degraded and not clean. Bathrooms does not have water pressure even if they have bath tubs or showers. Pool were full of bugs and not clean at all. Location wise don't expect good views outside.

Spent an unforgettable 3 nights at Cult Villa, and it was pure bliss! This 4-bedroom retreat was the epitome of luxury and relaxation. From chilling in the stylish living spaces to unwinding by the pool, every moment felt like a VIP experience. The staff was super attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The location is a bit difficult to easily reach. Rooms are spacious but not well maintained. Pool is small and lawn is shared between 3 villas. Make sure to carry all necessary food items before hand as it's far away from city side. Food is very average in taste with spicy overhead so be warned. Overall not worth the heavy price you pay for room + food.
