Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Money Our stay was highly disappointing. The rooms were moldy and poorly maintained, nothing like the pictures shown online. The property looked completely different from what was advertised. The food was absolutely terrible—we had to resort to buying Maggi just to have something edible. To make matters worse, the caretaker even refused to make an extra cup of tea, claiming they didn’t have enough milk. Basic hospitality was lacking. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or decent experience.

Definitely not worth the hype or the price. We were told WiFi was not available — which is strange in this day and age, especially when every small cafe or homestay provides it for free. The food menu didn’t have clear quantities, and when we asked, the manager said we had to order a minimum of 2-3 portions at ₹250 each, just for a tiny serving of about 150 ml of gravy chicken. No Aqua Guard for water, and they asked us to buy packaged bottles. The kitchen was off-limits and locked the whole time. Add to that the manager’s rude behavior, and the whole stay just felt like a scam.”

Such a disappointing experience! From the moment we arrived, things felt off. The electricity didn’t work for hours, and there was no backup or communication about it. No WiFi, which made it difficult to even stay connected. We couldn’t use the kitchen because it was locked, and even basic water was not provided unless we bought it. The food menu was vague, overpriced, and we were forced to order in bulk. Every additional thing — BBQ, amenities, etc. — had hidden charges. The manager, Ganesh, spoke rudely and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This place is all about charging extra and giving nothing in return.”

Extremely poor management and misleading description. We were shocked to find that there was no electricity for a full day — and no one cared to explain or apologize. No WiFi in the villa, no filtered water, and the kitchen was locked up, making it impossible to cook or even heat anything. They had a menu with no portion details, and when we asked, they insisted we buy at least 2-3 servings, each costing ₹250, and the actual quantity was barely enough for one person. On top of that, everything from BBQ to other basic amenities had extra charges. And worst of all, the rooms weren’t even properly cleaned — dusty and smelled stale. Honestly, it was a complete waste of time and money.”

We had a horrible stay at this so-called villa — they charge ₹5,000 per day but don’t even provide the basics. The electricity was gone the entire day, and we still don’t know if it was a genuine issue or done intentionally. There was no WiFi, no filtered drinking water, and shockingly, the kitchen was locked, so we couldn’t even make our own food. Every little thing — BBQ, water, even basic amenities — had extra charges. The manager, Ganesh, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Total waste of money and a major disappointment!”

Choosing Bhimalaya Residency's villa with a private pool for our family trip was a brilliant decision. The villa exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and elegant design. The private pool was a highlight, offering relaxation and fun moments with family. It was a memorable experience from start to finish . I recommend you go there and experience this villa one time with friends or family. With friends you enjoy more Staffs are very helpful and good in nature 🌿

only thing about this place is location but beware they have no electricity, no proper room service and they demand extra Money while checking out... better go somewhere else!!!
