Serenity by Devansh - Near Ekvira Devi Temple

My experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of maintenance was evident throughout my stay. The room was in disrepair, with peeling paint. Additionally, the cleanliness standards were not up to par. Dust and dirt were visible in corners, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. Despite raising these issues with the staff, no effective action was taken to address them during my stay. Overall, the lack of maintenance significantly impacted my comfort and enjoyment, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Worst service. They provide poor quality room for those who book rooms online. There isn't any telephone available at room you have to visit reception for every service. The room alloted to us was having plugs and switches issues. TV, geyser weren't working, blankets were too much dirty, full of stains and odour, same with towels . Pathetic! Even after all this the service guys asked me for tip at the time of checkout!

The location is amazing, we had a view of Karla caves from our balcony , very mesmerizing, food was exceptional and the proximity of the object from all the caves in area is unmatchable, Mr. Suneel the caretaker is super helpful in everything you need from guidence to arranging taxi and local guides . Will return here for sure

had a best stay with perfect view of mountain & yes waterfall to near to temple best part is we have good parking here even swimming pool where i have enjyed a lot with my patner frndly staff always ready to help

These are cheaters. Not suitable for family or couples only its only for drinkers. They are showing something and you will realize ones you are on location, Not cleaned at all don’t ever book it here,

The resorts is of 10kms from Loanavala...The approach road is very bad in condition due to rains ....The food arrangements are very bad.....To change the tieup with hotel....You won't get Swiggie or Jomato also there .....Rooms are ok....But not asking the ID proofs and not providing Billa for payment made...Only UPI and Cash payments ...Swiping machine not available ..Very near to Ekvira Devi temple...Food availability is a big problem..To drive to Lonavala for everytime
