The Lagoona Resort

Food was awesome. Pool area is well maintained and overall very Peaceful and Horse trail ambience was good. Over all my stay was great. Hotel staff were slow in response but were accommodating and friendly.||Only issue was WiFi it was very slow and didn’t work most of the time.

Looking at the good reviews i booked the resort for my marriage anniversary but the service and hotel team coordination was total disaster. We had booked candle night dinner with special chef menu but it seems there was a poor coordination with the hospitality room. First our booking was moved from one point to other point due to corporate booking which seems like hotel staff is more of only intrested to take care of the larger group even though they have charged very good amount for the smaller group. Even gallery of the room was not cleaned. Also, they were so confused for the complementary food items which they have included. We are still waiting at the hotel to have the booking issue resolved. Will see if it is resolved and will come back to update my review comments in case this hectic and poor management and coordination is resolved. Update from my previous review: it took 30 min for them to sort their issue. Also, we had ordered for cake to celebrate at midnight which they cane one day early where we clarified their doubt but when the day we actually wanted cake to be served at our room they didn't. There was a lots of mis coordinator within the team. Not worth spending this much money. Really upset with their service.

Everyone was very cooperative and we have a nice fun stay at Lagoon resort. The food was good the staff was helpful and quick. The activities were all fun and thrilling, drinking laughing and singing. All activities were like a power packed punch

The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant location, which is also very accessible! The rooms have been carved out nicely and offer good views, the food is also great! It also has gaming activities like pool and TT, so it's all in all a weekend getaway place!

The resort is good but aging. It needs some serious maintenance on rooms and lift. It is time to buy some new towels as they have turned sandpaper now ! The rooms are spacious. The wash room fixtures need new ones. For the price, the place doesn’t make justice.

The host Miss Shanti, executive , gave a great service. She is very cooperative and helpful. She was very good with the kids and arranged activities for them as well to keep them engaged. Food was good as well. It is a lovely ambience to spend time with friends and family. We will definitely visit again.

Very Best service. You will get best help. Best food with ultimate test. Lots of food items specially the Chicken soup is super testy. Even on Upawas I get Khichadi , Dahi and Milk in 15 minutes. The kitchen service supervisor and all staff are most supportive. I like it. Nice Room Nice Campus. But the Wash basin not available in Canteen room is shocking.. need to arrange same. Also the wash room availability at reception area is very small only for 2 person capacity which need to increase.
