Sterling Lonavala

I recently stayed at Sterling Hotel in Lonavala, and it was a truly refreshing experience. The location is beautiful, nestled amidst greenery, which offers a peaceful ambiance away from the city’s noise. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The room and food was a disaster. Water was remaining stagnant in the bathroom. The T V had to be replaced as it was not working. The light was falling from the holder. We were in Suite 1 and the only good thing was that there was space for relaxing. The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous ||Food was the same for Breakfast and dinner on almost all the 4 days we stayed except change in 1 of the item on the Menu or sweet dish. ||Tej Singh specially, and the staff did all that they could to make our stay pleasant but two basic things like room and food not upto the mark did not give us a good vibe

It was very amazing stay.. Very comfortable and relaxing.. It's a good hotel if you are here for a pit stop... If you are on the way to puna Or Mumbai this is an amazing option... Chef devendra and waiter amol were very polite and very helpful... Some recyclable tissues were here.. So it was very different and refreshing...

The experience was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The hotel was well-maintained, exceptionally clean, and very tidy. The food met expectations and was satisfying. The customer experience was seamless, with no issues encountered, making it a smooth and comfortable stay. Staff member Ranjita was really helpful.

The rooms smell really bad and are not clean. TV is not connected to WiFi, you can only watch local channels. Curtains are wrinkled, sheets had stains. If you are an early riser, you can’t get tea/coffee until the restaurant opens at 8 am. At best, we could get luke warm water for a shower, no hot water. Furniture is old and creaky. The resort itself is not well maintained. The food was good and the attendants tried to help us with the limited knowledge and resources they had. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not go back to this resort or recommend it to anyone.

Good behaviour of staff Mr. Akshay Rawat he is a good chef also. Food provided is excellent in taste and very hygienic. The conference conducted is also good.Mr. Akshay Rawat's hospitality is appreciated. Arrangements made during the conference is good.

We stayed in Sterling Resort for celebration of my 40th birthday with family. The overall experience was very good. The entire staff is very polite and good and taking care of everything. Even the manager Mr. Tej pal Singh arranged all the Birthday celebrations properly and we really enjoyed it. The service is quick and good, food quality is really nice. The rooms are clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone for visit. Thanks for the wonderful experience 😊
