Enchanted Hills

The resort is situated in a beautiful, serene location that offers stunning views and a peaceful environment, perfect for a getaway. The natural surroundings make it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The overall ambiance of the resort is lovely, and the facilities provided are quite good, making it a pleasant stay. However, my experience had some drawbacks. Perhaps due to it being a weekday, the staff was not very active or responsive. Following Google Maps to the resort was challenging as it led to the wrong location. Go through Carla Caves road making it hard to reach. Additionally, the staff didn't take our food order, claiming certain items were unavailable. Lastly, the swimming pool was not clean, which was disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at enchanted hill in Lonavala, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Nestled in the serene hills, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lush greenery and distant mountains, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We spent the weekend along with a family of 14 and everyone enjoyed it to the fullest. The rooms with the glass windows give an amazing view of the hills and the pool has a nice view. The caretaker is also very helpful and cooks delicious food. A perfect gateaway from Pune.

Excellent location with superb views around. Rooms are well kept and cozy. Enjoyed the yummy food and their homely service. Nice pool with a view. Overall, had a great stay and got truly "Enchanted"..... Cheers !!!

There is no proper road from the main road. The rooms are congested, and although they sent us pictures of wooden rooms, they are not available. There is another place at the same location, but it is also not satisfactory. Upon entering, we encountered a bad smell and requested them to clean it. In the swimming pool, the water was stagnant and not flowing, and it was too cold. The chapathi was good; however, they only served one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian dish, and the evening snacks were average. The night food remained unchanged and was not satisfactory. However, the night weather and morning sunrise were superb, and the location was good. The morning breakfast options were limited. Overall, what they charged did not match the value provided.
