Rishikesh Resort Lonavla

My family had a wonderful stay at 7 apple resort. Though we had never heard about this hotel, we decided to try out this Hotel and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The rooms are kept very organized and clean by Vaishali and Jyoti from housekeeping. Sonam and Abhishek from the Front Office always on call to attend to our requests. The food at the restaurant was very appealing and appetizing , the steward Sonu Giri was always there to serve us.|The trek and view from the hotel is just awesome. We will definitely visit the hotel again and again.

There is no value for money spent. There were multiple dissatisfied instances during my stay.|1). I have opted for dinner buffet along with my room booking. However hotel didn't have any dinner buffet made available on the first night stating a reason that there weren't enough guests in the hotel. On second day, buffet was available but with limited choices.|2). In the hotel procedures, it was mentioned the complimentary breakfast starts at 7.30am, which itself is late as per my all past hotel stay experiences. But the breakfast was ready only at 8am. I had to take my return train at 8am, hence I couldn't avail the complementary breakfast. Hotel was kind enough to pack a sandwich, some fruits and boiled egg. However there is absolutyno diligence in doing that - no salt or pepper to use for boiled egg, no napkins, no fork/spoon. Pathetic experience |3). Toiletries were not restocked on the second day. We had to ask for each item |4). The rooms were neat, however the ambience and amenities are not to the extend for the rent they charge. For the same price, there were options available in 5 star rated hotels nearby|5). The used food plates were not cleared from the walkway for almost 12 hours. Have seen utensils with food waster lying on the floor outside many rooms from around 8pm night till 10.30am next day when I was going out |6). The lobby area near lift are not having neat floor, several dirty spots, cracked floor tiles seen|7). No hotel staff had explained the facilities available in the resort - games room, pool, trekking options, areas around to visit, etc. hardly seen around 2-3 staff in the hotel

We had a wonderful experience staying for 2 nights at 7apple lonavala. Sonam from reception team extended a warm welcome. Though a little on the interiors the property is very nicely developed and hospitability was very good as well. I would surely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet stay.

We had an exceptional stay at this resort, which boasts outstanding rooms and cuisine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with Navjot Pawar standing out for his excellent guidance on our trekking excursion. The breakfast was truly impressive!"

I booked this hotel for my family as a gift, hoping my elderly parents could enjoy time with their visiting son. The rooms were mediocre, more like an inn, despite promises of good accommodations. The online pictures were misleading. The service was terrible, especially the receptionist. I was surprised by the positive reviews online, which seem unreliable. The hotel only responds to good reviews and ignores negative feedback. Please take the negative reviews seriously and improve your staff's manners and hospitality.

The stay was very comfortable. We have a very good time. The staff ids very helpful and courteous especially Abhishek, Dhananjay and Sonam. The restaurant staff is also very nice and caring. Breakfast was amazing. Ala carte options are good. We loved the stay at this hotel.

Very bad experience of stay right from room booking! 1. The receptionist really needs more sense as she tried misguiding us stating ‘all AC rooms are full and I cannot give you one if you book online’. Later on agreed that rooms are available!! 2. It was raining when we checked in and the condition of the room and the canopy was really pathetic after the rain! 3. The pictures shown in the map/website are misleading, this property is very old and rooms do not have any good vibes. 4. Manager kaustube maheta worst behavior no maners to talk whit guest Better avoid this property!!

Not so good experience, not worth the price - Very shabby, unpleasant entrance of resort, Outside view of Kitchen and restaurant looking like roadside truck drivers dhaba, swimming pool - not cleaned for many days, dirty water, rooms with very old furniture(long due for renovation), cockroaches in rooms, no mirror in toilet. Don't believe in online photos. 100% advance taken before rooms allotment, food is ok but cleanliness not acceptable. Think twice before booking....
