Too many insects. If you are scared of insects don’t book here. View is great but the rooms need pest control. There are BIG spiders, crickets, etc in the room. Very scary. Also there’s no wifi or room calling service. Swimming pool is weirdly white in colour.

Not a pleasant experience at all. There are better managed and similar priced properties nearby. Location is the only plus point as it offers a good view of the valley, rest all things could have been much much better.

.I visited during May 2023. .Beautiful nature surrounded hotel. .In my package free brekfast was included. There was upama, poha, bread butter, tea, coffee, paratha. Some food items was cold though. .Good place for stay, family getogether, catchup. .Food quantity is good. .Parking is available inside the hotel premises. .Serves vegetarian & non-vegetarian food. .Cost wise okok. But need to maintain more clean & hygiene. .Road touch hotel. .Accepts cash/card. .Loved the view. .Rush on weekends, hence prior booking would be good. .They do arranged bonfire. .Fresh Strawberries are available nearby. .Good hiking spot and few points are near to this hotel. .Swimming pool is having awesome view.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. The reality was nothing like the photos online. The room was unhygienic, with stained mattresses that were impossible to ignore. When I asked the staff to clean the rooms, they said, “Only people who drink come here; that’s why we don’t clean the rooms.” I mean, what kind of reason is this? There was no hot water either. The staff was incredibly rude, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. There were no amenities available, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I decided not to stay at the hotel after seeing the condition of the room and interacting with the staff. To top it all off, they were charging 4700 for this nonsense. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only the view from the Hotel was good but may be there will be lot such hotels in this area. I specifically booked for bathtub which was not made available with Hot water and was neither the timings were mentioned on their portal as well Culture Travel portal (Through which I booked this property). Food was ok, didn't feel like a luxury stay despite booking a Super Deluxe Room. Other problems which I wont expect for such type of rooms are below: 1) Wall Clock was not working and neither changed despite reminding 2 times. 2) Sliding door of the balcony was not maintained and we were not able to lock from inside. 3) Refrigerator was not cooling as expected and looked mere like a showpiece in the room. 4) Main door was jammed and we struggled opening it from inside as well as outside, all the time. 5) Breakfast not good at all and was not served hot. 6) Worst Veg Manchow soup I had ever had! Overall, my experience was very bad given the kind of stay and amenities I was looking for!

The location was quite good. Specifically when you are travelling from Meedha side u can witness beautiful landscapes n the valley between. But the rooms n room service was horrible. The Bathroom stint all through the days during our stay there. And whenever we called the reception for any sort of assistance they used to get irritated n they had n number of excuses for the thing that hasn’t been executed. So, choose wisely before staying here. Since you can get views in nearby hotels also.

Worst mistake I made and choose this hotel just because of swimming pool hill view there are n numbers of reason I providing 0 star 1. There room are so Dirty it looks like they don't even clean them 2. Hardly 3 menu for breakfast Poha, bread butter and cut fruit. 3. Taste of breakfast was not good. 4. The Al-cart Menu half of item are not available. 5. There AC is no working properly Don't go to this hotel just because of view there plenty of others hotel with same view. I have made mistakes but you don't.
