We stayed with family for the Christmas holidays. An excellent place for family and friends. Not too far from the main spots. Rooms : Big size rooms enough for 3 adults. No bottled water provided and the glasses provided were not clean. Food : Food was not up to par. There was ample variety and it tasted very good***, but we found stones and plastic pieces in the food. The plates and glasses were not clean as well. Our family fell sick from the food. Do not recommend from a food point of view. Amenities: Good amount of games and amenities for all age groups. The swimming pool is well maintained and the games room is also good. Staff : The staff were polite and helpful for the most part. The cleaning staff are very friendly and kind.

Visited Mahabaleshwar and selecting this hotel only on basis of the uploaded photos on social media convinced me. The hotel is well located, has good food and well maintained facility. If the air hockey game and steam bath facility could be rectified, we enjoyed staying there.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially the room service staff, 1st Day breakfast is paid. Food was bland, could have been better. Wifi is available but slow. You can request additional items not in buffet, staff will try to provide it to you. Hot water available 24hrs. The hotel has ample parking space. Rooms were okay. Plenty of space for children to play. Many indoor games, some free some charged Swimming pool Check in was smooth, Check out was a bit of hassle. Get your cabs called at least 30 mins prior to checkout. Place is good for marriage or other functions

I recently stayed at Bharat Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and the drinking water was served in jug no water bottles. Service: The staff seemed unresponsive and indifferent to concerns. It took multiple calls to address basic requests like evening tea for which the response was let me check. WiFi is never working and if you are Airtel user you might have a hard time for any urgent work. Amenities: Several promised amenities, such as the in game zone area were either closed or in poor condition, with no prior notice given during booking. Value for Money: For the price paid, the quality of the stay was unacceptable. The overall experience did not match the hotel’s advertised standards and you can get a better deal at other hotels. I was hoping for a comfortable and hassle-free experience, but the stay left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues for future guests.

We had visited this place earlier 2 to 3 times. That time it was really very clean and well maintained. Food was also tasty. Recently we have been here. But this time, room was so unclean, toilet was unclean, unhygienic and also food was not tasty at all. The Chef needs to improve his recipes. Before serving to it customers, he also taste the prepared food. We have ordered "Tava veg". It was so bitter in taste in first bite. The Chef has added bitter gourd along with other vegetables. This entire experience has spoiled our mood.This time experience was really very disappointing!👎🏻

The place is exquisite. The service, food and ambience all top notch. Really one the gems. Attended a campfire party organised by the resort with magic show and dance party. The pool was neat and clean. The play are had all games. The gym is well equipped.

I had a terrible experience at Bharat Hotel. It’s not a hotel—it's a complete joke. Do not waste your hard-earned money here. The rooms and washrooms are filthy, showing a clear lack of basic hygiene standards. Insects are constantly roaming in the bathroom, making it even worse. The pillows and beds are as hard as rocks, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. There are fixed timings for everything, making the stay extremely inconvenient. The menu claims food is available from 6:30 PM, but the staff will tell you it can only be served after 8 PM. Additionally, while the menu lists phulkas, they will only serve you tandoori rotis, showing a complete disregard for guest expectations. The so-called "breakfast spread" consists of just three items, which is far below par for any decent hotel. When my child was hungry at 7 PM and requested something as simple as roti and sabji, the staff outright denied the service. Instead of assisting, they are trained to repeatedly say “no” and redirect everything to the reception. The amenities listed are a complete scam—either they are broken or require extra payment. On top of that, the food quality is poor and far from tasty. To make matters worse, there are no lake-view rooms because there is no lake! It’s a misleading claim as the lake is currently nonexistent due to ongoing construction in the area. Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options for the same price. This establishment doesn’t care about guest comfort or satisfaction.
