Bharat Hotel

I recently stayed at Bharat Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and the drinking water was served in jug no water bottles. Service: The staff seemed unresponsive and indifferent to concerns. It took multiple calls to address basic requests like evening tea for which the response was let me check. WiFi is never working and if you are Airtel user you might have a hard time for any urgent work. Amenities: Several promised amenities, such as the in game zone area were either closed or in poor condition, with no prior notice given during booking. Value for Money: For the price paid, the quality of the stay was unacceptable. The overall experience did not match the hotel’s advertised standards and you can get a better deal at other hotels. I was hoping for a comfortable and hassle-free experience, but the stay left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues for future guests.

We had visited this place earlier 2 to 3 times. That time it was really very clean and well maintained. Food was also tasty. Recently we have been here. But this time, room was so unclean, toilet was unclean, unhygienic and also food was not tasty at all. The Chef needs to improve his recipes. Before serving to it customers, he also taste the prepared food. We have ordered "Tava veg". It was so bitter in taste in first bite. The Chef has added bitter gourd along with other vegetables. This entire experience has spoiled our mood.This time experience was really very disappointing!👎🏻

The place is exquisite. The service, food and ambience all top notch. Really one the gems. Attended a campfire party organised by the resort with magic show and dance party. The pool was neat and clean. The play are had all games. The gym is well equipped.

I visited the bharat hotel for my kid's birthday party. We are 12 families. I was really impressed with the hospitality and what they have provided. The rooms are also very good. The location is also very good.i want to say thanks to Mr Ranjit. He helps me a lot for all arrangements.

Very good hotel,nice place to spend holiday. We had visited in off season so there were some maintenance work going on but I would say hotel staff is very polite and supportive in all aspect. Food is very tasty, but crockery and cutleries are very aged so need to be changed immediately. I would like to thank Deepak and Raneet for great hospitality during our stay. We are planning to come again in Jan or Feb-25.

Please avoid this place, construction is ongoing in full flow. Game room closed, swimming pool ill maintained. The hotel is having good rooms and space but it requires alot of maintenance. They should not be hosting at this moment, let all the construction and modifications get completed then it will be a good place to visit. Breakfast variety is very poor, bread (toaster not working), poha idly and tea. All the cutlery also requires to be changed as the cups are ages old. Food is vegetarian but tasty. Staff needs to be motivated to keep the place maintained.

Nice place to stay in Mahabaleshwar for the people who wants pure veg hotel, hotel has ample parking supportive staff, food quality is very good, price is slightly on higher side. Nice hotel near Market

Amazing experience.. neat and clean rooms with beautiful view.. it has a swimming pool which is not very big but very well maintained and for all age groups.. food is very good with a lot of options for everyone and restaurant is also very spacious.. but the best part of this resort is its service.. quick response..problem solving.. and humble and polite.. will definitely look to stay here again if ever get a chance to visit Mahabaleshwar again..
