The view is amazing from the balcony and is pretty close to the main mahabaleshwar market! The washroom has a bath tub with a great view as well. The food wasn't great though. Si if you are looking for a place with good food options thus isn't a great place. Decent value for money though keeping in mind the room, VIEW and service.

One can definitely get much better rooms at 2.5k in Mahabaleshwar. Above that, the rooms weren't all that clean. They were smelly and damp. Everything you touched felt wet and muddy. They keep the balconies closed during monsoons but isn't monsoon the time when most tourists are attracted to Mahabaleshwar. The complimentary breakfast didn't seem appetizing either. One of the rooms we booked didn't even have running water. The good things about the place were- Service provider were never reluctant to fix anything we asked to. Although muddy, it was clean in a unique way.

Excellent location in deep woods, enjoy the feel of a stay in jungle, quiet and pure fresh air. Lot of birds around. Rooms are good but have no views. Food quality needs a lot of improvement. Even the poha they serve in complimentary breakfast are just ok. Bread butter and jam is very stale. Entire property is small and narrow and gets congested when the parking is full.

A place worth the stay. Located just near the club Mahindra holiday home in Mahabaleshwar, it can be spotted easily on the maps. They have some really good staff with excellent customer service. Food is a specialty here, even if it's charged extra. 'Gavran chicken' is a must try if you're a non-vegetarian. The hotel will also help you find good taxi service at affordable price range. TV unit was not working properly at times, but who comes to such beautiful place just to watch TV? Overall a loving experience and I hope the staff keeps up with the same values.

I was travelling solo on my bike to mahabaleshwar in first week of Oct 2017. Sunil was very friendly. I was able to ask all questions with the list of all places to visit in and around mahabaleshwar and he helped me plan the enture duration as per my needs. Pros: 1. Quite a distance from the main market. Close to 3KM. So, get to experience life amidst nature. 2. Good home made food. The choices were limited during my stay since the cook was away. However, I was able to ask for the food I want and it was served well. 3. Good and friendly staff. 4. Geyser in the bathroom. Hot water whenever I need. Cons: 1. Quite away from main market. Will definitely need you own transport. 2. Quite a few power cuts. Couldn't fully depend on the Wifi. 3. There was no TV in the room. Not a concern for me since I did not travel all the way to watch TV. Overall recommended.

Hotel is situated away from main market but in a nice and calm location.was great stay and price is great choice comapred to nearby location.Rooms are clean and decent enough.Staff are very cooperative and friendly.Food is limited but it's like home made food,so must try.Mobile network is poor here but you can use wifi available at reception area.Call Directly to Mr.Sunil for good price.He is very cooperative.Must come with your own vechile because other transportation is not available here.Thay have provision for stay of driver. Overall recommend.

The worst hotel to stay. Pictures uploaded by the hotel are misleading as none of the room provide any good views. The service is the worst. We booked two rooms for 4 people as one family, still were allotted rooms on different floors. Taps, Washroom doors, AC were broken and non-functional and were later corrected. Staff of the hotel are worst. We book the hotel through MMT and even they didn't provide any proper support. Hotel's manager even said if we don't like it we can leave. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER! rather if you want a good staying place in Forest area go for Greenwood or Club Mahindra rooms
