It was nice place for group and families... A Safe place for children... Food was delicious... Rooms was neat and clean ... Good service... Caretaker was very helpful.... Swimming pool was little smaller for adults it was only for kids... But Over all Nice experience.

Peaceful stay to go for. A great property, loved the interior when with family or friends a place to spend quality time with them is a must place I would say. Well maintained, good ambience, hygienic. Beautiful view from the balcony attached to the rooms.

Pros: Amazing location and view is good. 3 rooms have bathrooms attached. 1 room has an Indian toilet outside the room. Pool water is natural water and not chlorinated. They have a nice speaker and TT table. Generator is available due to power cuts. Cons:- Worst House keeping staff. They told us to reduce music sound which we were playing inside the Villa. We were told go inside the Villa after 12:00 midnight as they had to lock us in. Food extremely limited quantity. Breakfast we got watery butter. Towels is given 1 per room not per person. Huts are bad and do have insects around.

All was good. The pool was a little smaller. The caretaker behaviour was nice. But for lunch and dinner not many options were available.

We 25 people stayed at the property week back property is good and service is decent have scope for improvement in terms of more timely food and water availability on top and below floors. Food is very tasty. Property is maintained with good hygiene controlled. - Huts on rooftop with beautiful ambience - Games option (TT, Carrom, badminton) - Swings and swing type chairs on all the floors. - Pool required some more maintenance All the meals were delicious . We have booked through Agent , unfortunately we paid extra but they returned back all excess amount without any arguments. We 10 people stayed at the property during X-mas 2022 Good property and service. It has few very distinguished amenities: - River / backwater view from all the rooms - Huts on rooftop with beautiful ambience - Games option (TT, Carrom, badminton) - Swings and swing type chairs on all the floors - Party pod on the roof Apart from these, the staff was helping and accommodating. All the meals were delicious but still home-like. Staff waited for for lunch for us till 5pm, prepared tea multiple times a day, without showing any aggression in serving.

Location outstanding....ambience, property too good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Book full bungalow. Food quality and hospitality not upto mark at all. Better book stay only and not any meal. Take outside only.
