Awesome girls pg, with excellent services, and very good quality food... Definitely Choose it for a carefree, fun, quality stay. If you are looking for a good budget friendly pg in north campus then this is the best option. The rooms are spacious and furnished. It also has a common area where you can enjoy. The food is very good and delicious and a very friendly atmosphere is maintained here.

The place is beautiful. It is divided into three. Part one is restaurant where food quality is amazing but menu is limited. Part two is hotel room. They are amazing spacious. It has 8 room only. People of this hotel there are so humble and good to the visitors. Part three is swimming pool and surrounding. The surrounding is covered with coconut trees. The swimming pool is also cleaned. Timing for poll is from 9am to 8 pm. The resort is hardly 5 mins of walking from the Beach.

One of the nicest and comparatively cheap place to stay in Nagaon. Place is just 2 minutes walk away from Nagaon beach, beach is also very clean.. 70% resort's owners are very welcoming and staff is also very good and apt in service. We had a special request of decorating room n arranging a cake since it was birthday of one friends in our group.. they decorated it nicely obviously some extra money but it was minimal. They have a nice pool and a restaurant ( dining space is good and we tried prawns rice, which was tasty ). Rooms are very well maintained, clean. Washrooms were also clean with everything working fine. Limited hot water though since they had solar heaters. Overall the place was very nice and quite. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Thanks to the owner n staff of 70% resort for hosting us.

The space is spacious and hardly a 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. They have swimming pool as well with clean washroom. Crab curry is a must try and the food is yummy. Service is really good. Parking isn’t a problem.

The place is good for a visit with friends and family. Still alot of work is needed in the garden area as it isn't green. Food is very yummy. Rooms are clean, but small and should be decorated a bit. Service is good, thanks to Prathamesh. Tanmay and Rajesh the owners who helped and provided support during my entire stay. Property is 5/10min walk from the Nagaon beach. Place is safe for couples, family and friends. I had been with my family and the place was peaceful, was there for a weekend Feb2019. Swimming pool is huge and good for more then 15 people to enter at a time. Would love to go again ones the property is done up.

It was highly affordable AC room on a weekend for 3 people. There is network issue but they have free WiFi which works great. The service, hospitality and food they make is so so good!!! Best food items to have - Kanda Bhajji, Garlic Chana. The caretakers are very welcoming. Would surely suggest many more!

A very beautiful and we'll maintained resort. Far from the crowd and has various activity areas where we enjoyed the swings, bonfire, swimming pool. They also prepared personalized food for my 3 year kiddo. Thanks for the lovely hospitality and we are looking forward to visit again.

Was here in February. Nice Clean AC rooms. You can also rent out the tent for the night. Service is ok, food is not great. The swimming pool is all green and nothing like the pictures on google. I would stay here only for the proximity to the beach.
