Started in 1912, the oldest hotel in Panchgani was taken over in th1 960s by the family that runs it now. It's a lovely getaway. For a quiet time or even a fun time with friends. I was there last weekend to celebrate a friends birthday. ||The family has developed the hotel over the years. The staff are super hospitable, and with the families involvement, they make it feel like home.||There is a common dining area. With my specific food restrictions, the owners were super kind to make food the way I needed it. ||The greenery and the sitting areas in the lawn make it a lovely place to spend the weekend chilling. They have a pool and a small gym too.||I highly recommend this place.

Nestled in a verdant green area of Panchgani, Prospect Hotel exudes an old world charm! We usually book the pool side cottage that comes with a private veranda, complete with a swing! Apart from the serene setting, the staff is incredibly polite and helpful and the set breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus that are included in the price of the room are out of this world. People come here just for the food! Highly recommend this place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and want to just listen to birdsong. I honestly can’t think of a single negative.

Hi. This was our 2nd stay at this Iconic property. Everything at Prospect is 7*. Food, Ambience, Service is beyond expectations and it beats any benchmark that one may set. 100+ year old hotel and topping on the cake is extremely freindly n helpful nature of Owners n Staff. For us Panchgani n Mahabaleshwar means Prospect Hotel. We wish Prospect Hotel to scale greater heights and continue doing what they are doing. They are the BEST.

Me & my Family of 6 people aging between 65 years to 1.5 years stayed at the Hotel for 3 days & 2 nights. The Experience was Truly Amazing. It was one of our Best Experience we had stayed anywhere in India. The Food, the Rooms, the Staff, the Toilet everything was upto mark & we never had any issues. Loved the Place a lot & looking forward to visit it again. Anyone who wants to have authentic Parsi food than this is the place for it. The food preparation is Amazing & any age Group will Love it. Anyone visiting Panchgani than this is the Best place to Stay.

The location is very good and the property is well maintained. They have a great antiques collection at the reception. However, the food menu & quality is very average. All of us had stomach issues and acidity with the food. Also, the food doesn't taste like authentic Parsi cuisine.

The property of prospect is really very good and well maintained..the service is also nice. However the food was really bad. I had a flight to catch however I was suffering with extreme aciidity and stomach upset due to the food at prospect. It is crucial for the prospect management to look into the Food part as health of customers is getti g badly affected.
