The rooms and staff are very good. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. At the restaurant you are served with a smile. Especially by sir Jagmohan, very humble and kind person. The location of the hotel is good. All facilities are good expect the room in which we stayed did not offer a good view. The balconies were opening to a common area from where you can see other rooms. The swimming pool has an eye catching view and is extremely well maintained. The food options are limited by are very deliciously prepared. The staff at the restaurant is the best part of the hotel. The service by all the staff is brilliant.

Amazing place to visit if you want to cut off from your daily chores with your friends and family or with your loved ones, I personally enjoyed a lot in sterling holidays, the staff is very cooperative, and polite. I’ve never seen such welcoming gesture from any hotel’s staff. They have really amazing indoor games, and a tempting swimming pool as well. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. But most importantly their utmost service is commendable. I personally recommend this place. 👌🏽👍🏽😃

Rooms are neat and clean. Balcony in every room. All staff members are very polite. The only problem is dinner/lunch menu is very limited and food is OK, not great. Buffet breakfast is awesome with lots of varieties and options.

Great service and care. Though the property is a hotel type unlike other sterling resort, excellent food, location and view. Booked a MAP and is worth. Local cab service offered by Sanjay is competitive and good. Raman, restaurant manager has taken care of my custom food needs. Pool is also good. Overall a great experience. Wish they add lift to the floors sooner.

We had a great time at sterling. The rooms are clean with a good view. The housekeeping staff was very co-operative and polite. The food was tasty and worth the price. Enjoyed it thoroughly. :)

Excellent staff led by Mr Das, Pranjal and Jagmohan took great and personal care during our stay. Excellent service, good food, enjoyable ambience. Comfortable room, good balcony for morning tea, fresh cool breeze, good lawns. A good location, silent area, no noise disturbance.

A very nice stay with Sterling. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Ample games for kids and the swimming pool is just perfect. Great location and neat, clean rooms. We stayed in the privilege suite and it's really spacious. The front desk team is responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend to others.

Sterling Panchgani is one of the finest reasonable budget friendly properties with a beautiful ambience and valley view. We stayed there for 3N/4D in Nov'24, and loved their service, rooms, food, hospitality... It's an overall package...
