We had an absolutely incredible time staying at this villa! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the luxurious atmosphere. The villa is beautifully designed with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and tasteful décor that made us feel right at home. The private pool and outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

We had a great time staying at the resort — the ambiance was peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and it was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed the overall experience. That said, I would like to bring a couple of things to the management’s attention for improvement. We faced an electricity issue that lasted through the night, which made it uncomfortable. Also, there was no kitchen facility available, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for longer stays or families.

This was the worst experience ever. The management is extremely unprofessional, especially when it comes to handling bookings. If you book a villa a month in advance, they may completely forget your reservation in favor of new bookings that bring in extra money. In my case, despite having a confirmed booking, they made us wait for hours under the pretense that the room was being cleaned. Later, they claimed that there was another group of boys staying in the nearby villas and that it wouldn’t be safe for us. Instead of honoring our reservation, they offered us subpar alternatives in their other properties. When we refused these options, they canceled our booking on the spot, leaving us stranded and scrambling to find another villa at the last minute. Our entire day was wasted, and our plans were completely ruined. We struggled to find another place to stay until 6 PM. I strongly advise against booking this villa. Their mismanagement and lack of professionalism will only lead to disappointment and frustration.

Horrible Experience – Never again I wish I could give zero stars. This was by far the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. 1. Filthy Rooms: The room was nothing like the pictures—dirty sheets, stained pillows, and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was worse, with mold in the corners and a leaking faucet. 2. Terrible Service: The staff was unhelpful and borderline rude. Every request, from extra towels to fixing the AC, was either ignored or met with a dismissive attitude. It took three calls and a visit to the front desk to get anything done. 3. Horrible Food: The buffet was a disaster—cold, tasteless, and clearly left out for hours. Even the à la carte options were overpriced and poorly cooked. I ended up eating outside the resort after the first meal. 4. Noisy and Uncomfortable Stay: The walls were paper-thin, so I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Loud music and shouting guests kept me up at night, and the management did nothing about it. 5. False Advertising: The so-called "beachfront" was actually a 15-minute walk away. The "luxury pool" was small, dirty, and overcrowded. Nothing was as advertised. 6. Overpriced and Not Worth It: For the amount I paid, I expected at least a decent stay. Instead, I got a rundown hotel with horrible service. Do yourself a favor—avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options for the same price!

Horrible Experience at Six Sigma Resort – Worst Management Ever! Our experience at Six Sigma Resort was beyond pathetic. Right from the start, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. We had made a prior booking for a villa, yet upon arrival, and after waiting for 2 hrs we were informed that it was not available. No explanation, no apology—just sheer mismanagement. The so-called caretaker, Rishi Dhoke, was the rudest and most ill-mannered person we’ve ever encountered in the hospitality industry. He has absolutely no manners to talk to women and behaves in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful way. Instead of helping us, he was arrogant and dismissive, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Despite our confirmed booking, we were left stranded with no proper arrangements. The lack of accountability and hospitality was shocking. If you are looking for a stress-free, relaxing vacation, avoid this place at all costs! The management is unresponsive, the staff is rude, and they have zero regard for customer service. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Absolutely the worst resort experience ever. 17/03/25- As per your reply six sigma team then I believe there is definitely some fraudulent activities going on using your resort Name, because the person Rishi Doke is already present in you gmap rating list kindly check. This person usually sits at Moonview Resort reception at entry. When we arrived at your resort we were informed that cleaning is in progress and the villa will be handed over in 15 mins but that 15 mins later turned into 2 hrs and we get to know lastly that our booking was handed over to someone else because they were grp of 200 people having some party and our booking was missed or may be they thought that we will adjust in their so called moon view resort. Kindly Check on this further.

We booked a villa at Six Sigma over a month ago, and upon arrival, we were told there was no villa available for us! Apparently, they gave all the bookings to some event, despite us confirming our reservation well in advance. This is absolutely unacceptable! What made the situation worse was the completely unprofessional attitude of one of their staff members, a person named Rishi Dhoke. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, he was rude, disrespectful, and spoke to us in the most condescending manner as if it was our fault that their system failed. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers or any sense of responsibility for their mistakes. To be told that we had no accommodation after a month of booking is beyond frustrating, and the disrespect we faced made this situation even worse. Do not trust this place for your stay, as it’s obvious they don’t care about honoring their commitments or treating guests with any basic level of respect. This should convey your frustration and make the experience clear.

I had the misfortune of visiting Six Sigma Resort in Panshet, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The resort was nothing like poorly maintained, I was promised. The staff, particularly a guy named Rishi Dhoke, was incredibly unhelpful and rude. His attitude was dismissive, and it seemed like he had no interest in making our stay pleasant. The rooms were dirty, with broken amenities, Even basic services like room cleaning were neglected. I had to wait for hours to get even the simplest requests attended to and also for check in for the rooms also. When I finally spoke to Rishi Dhoke about the issues, he brushed me off like it was no big deal. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here and behaviour with women is worst thing, they had no respect for women, girls. Overall, my experience at Six Sigma Resort was a complete letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find a place that actually cares about its guests.

We had an worst experience. We booked the villa a month in advance and made an upfront payment, but upon arrival, we were told there was no villa available. The person, Rishi Dhoke, used offensive language towards all the women in our group. I highly do not recommend the villa, as well as the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff. They even insisted we cancel our booking on the spot.
