Very Disappointing Stay it is not worth the Price We stayed at 3 BHK cottage Sigma Resort and the service outcome was ZERO I don't usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share this experience so others know what to expect. The overall service was quite poor. Once we checked in, it was almost impossible to get in touch with anyone from the staff. No one picks up the phone when you call from the room, which was really frustrating. The food schedule was strange. Dinner was served very late—between 10 and 10:30 PM, which didn’t make sense to us. Breakfast didn’t start until 9:15 AM, and there was no option for morning or bed tea. The "hi-tea" they offered was barely a few sips of tea, definitely not what you'd expect. There was no kettle in the room, which felt like a basic miss. On top of that, the electricity kept going on and off. In the morning, there was no power at all, so we couldn’t even get hot water. Honestly, the place didn’t live up to what was promised, and I don’t think it’s worth the money. I’d suggest looking at other options before booking here.

Had a great time with my friends. Enjoyed the pool party, and the sunset. Felt peaceful. Good food quality yet they can improve over the misal that was served for the breakfast. Safe place for girls and family people. Will recommend to visit for staycation

Very disappointing service. Dirty conditions all over the resort. Delayed service. Had to go to rececption even for water. Unhygienic bathroom. Muddy water for bath and basin. Unprofessional staff. The good part of the resort, a big deck, has no seating arrangement. The seating arrangements like lounge and dining area are messy with dogs and flies all over. Dirty wet plates. Don't feel like having food in such conditions. They are dumping their plastic waste on the slope beneath the resort.The only good thing about the resort is the view, the experience of which is spoilt by the resort itself.

Had a wonderful experience at Moonwake Resorts, Panshet! The location offers breathtaking views, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers. The food was absolutely delicious, both veg and non-veg options were well-prepared and flavorful. The service was top-notch, with the staff being courteous and attentive. The only area for improvement would be a little maintenance in certain spots to enhance the overall experience. But apart from that, it’s a fantastic place to relax and unwind. Definitely recommended for a peaceful retreat!

Worst experience, i will not recommend at all, don't go on reels. Staff is highly unprofessional, rude and dishonest. I went with my family. There was no power in the night, they have generator which was not working. They were giving false promises that power will come in a while. Which did not came. In the mid of the night around 1.30 am when power was back, two guys who are managing this resort, came and cut the line from the box outside our room and went. I thought they are working on power cut issue. I couldn't call them as there was no range. After one hour I heard them passing from outside of our room, I called them and asked what happened about power then again he started the power and didn't answer my questions. I noticed they were highly drunk. In the morning I asked them about the incident happened last night they answered "Ha sir wahi problem hua tha". And he ran away for other work without answering my questions. Food quality is also not good, rooms and washrooms are not clean. There was no handwash, towel and TVs don't work. Parking area is also not proper. The only one thing is good and that is view. That's it.

Just Stop here to have lunch but experience at this hotel was unfortunately far from satisfactory, marked by significant issues primarily concerning the dining service and overall guest experience. The most prominent concern was the quality of the food, which was consistently subpar. Dishes lacked flavor, freshness, and presentation, failing to meet even basic culinary standards. This was compounded by an unacceptable preparation time for meals. Orders took an excessively long time to arrive, leading to frustrating delays and disrupting the dining experience. Furthermore, a critical error occurred when the wrong food was served on multiple occasions. This not only caused further delays but also highlighted a lack of attention to detail and efficiency in the kitchen and serving staff. Such mistakes are indicative of poor operational management. Overall, the cumulative effect of these issues resulted in a bad experience at the hotel. While other aspects were not explicitly problematic, the fundamental failures in food service and the general lack of care in addressing these issues significantly marred the stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to address these critical areas for improvement.
