Kuval Inn

Great Stay at Treebo Kuval Inn, Baner. I stayed here recently and had a really good experience.the staff was super helpful and friendly. my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.The location is also nice,quiet area but close to restaurants and main roads.what I really liked was the service and the tasty breakfast.They made sure I felt at home throughout my stay.definitely a place I will choose again when I visit Baner.

This has provided a lot of facilities for get together with friends. Check the environment if you are going with your wife. Clean and good rooms along with service. The location was good and nearby you can find a lot of food options and pubs.

The hotel being in one of the best locations and providing such a pathetic service is really sad. I had to change 3 rooms in the span of 3 days because every room had an issue ans they can't fix. In one room, geyser doesn't work, 2nd room had insects coming out of the wooden floor and the third where finally stayed the plug point didn't work. The breakfast will always have only 2 options, and one of them will be poha (mixed with soggy namkeen). Funny thing is, eggs were the savior, but in the midst of my stay they changed the rules and made eggs chargeable. I travel a lot, but treebo hotels have always disappointed me, and this one took my experience to the rock bottom

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is perfect, it is surrounded by restaurants, food courts and malls and everything you might need within walking distance.

Excellent staying experience, rooms were quite spacious. The balcony was romantic and beautiful. Room services could be better.

Had booked a premium room for 4 of us since they were not having rooms available. We paid Rs 4,800/- for a single room ie room tariff was 2800 but they charged an extra amount of Rs.2000/- for 2xtra mattresses. They provided with a single complementary water bottle to 4 of us and when we asked for 1 more bottle the person at reception was arguing with us. Next morning our room was not having hot water facility my senior parents took cold water bath n when we asked the person at reception (always in arguable tone n very impolite) he said that why r you calling and asking for things..which is not how you speak.He then asked us to take shower in the opposite room which was vacant and to which we denied as why are we suppose to go to some other room to have shower. The person at reception then gave us hot water in bucket which was again not at all a gud service. The hotel service is extremely pathetic we pay almost 5,000/- and on top of it we are asked not to call and ask for things and that so called manager rude and indecent behaviour. Not at all recommended for stay.

Staff are very polite friendly & helpful. Room are need and clean. How can I forget to thanks to chef for the delicious breakfast and food!! Manager Mr.Ankit thankyou for good hospitality. Last but not the least those who are in service salute thankyou so so much.... Really enjoy the stay

The hotel is very clean and services here are very good. Staffs here are very helpful and takes care of small things as well. Of you are staying here then you must try meals here. The meals serving are top class quality
