Prathamesh Resorts Khed Shivapur

We had arranged a family trip of 25 members and the experience was really good. The co ordination by the marketing team specifically Vaibhavee was really outstanding. The service at the restaurant was also good but has a scope for improvement. The rooms were clean and well contained, just the furniture is a bit old and needs upgradation. All in all a very good and cherished experience. Weekends are a bit busy and takes a toll on the availability of the adventure activities. Location gets full marks.

Terrible super oily food. Rooms are ok. Last 1km the road is non-existent and just wide enough for 1 car. At check-out time they have to make cars wait on either side to avoid a deadlock. Far too many mosquitoes, I had a bad time outdoors. The flying fox was really good though. Pool and the small water slide were fun.

Though it is near to pune the last part of off-roading is exhaustive. It is well maintained resort with limited amenities don't go by brother which states 100+ activities as more than 50 activities are related to rope balancing, climbing, crossing etc. There are two swiming pools but only one was operational. 2 slides for kids one small artificial waterfall available. Songs at Raindance were good but drizzling quality is no so good. Zip line is good but make sure you have shoes of height is above 5 feet as trees will be touching your feet makes rashes while crossing it. Enquire about any event because you won't be able to access most areas like we faced due to some marriage ceremony. Food is good with limited vegeterian option and don't entertain any special request especially if require no sugar tea and coffee, or specific dietary instruction. Rooms, tents are well maintained with little choice of toiletries. Timings of activities in stay package are very tight and you finish up enjoying less I stead go for day package. Overall good if you don't want spend much, don't want to go far from pune. Make sure you carry cash as few items require deposits such as outdoor activities.

Recently spent a day at this resort near Khed Shivapur and had a refreshing and fun-filled experience. The property is surrounded by nature and offers a calm, relaxing environment – perfect for a quick getaway with family or friends. I chose the day package, which included access to a wide range of adventure and indoor activities. There were over 70 options to try, including zip-lining, wall climbing, archery, rifle shooting, and more. The indoor game section was also well-equipped with carrom, chess, table tennis, and pool. Swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the rain dance area added a lively vibe. There’s also a dedicated play area for kids, which makes it suitable for families with children. Service was smooth and the staff was polite and helpful throughout the visit. Property is clean and organized, and safety measures were in place at most activity points. Food was the only part that felt a bit average – both in terms of taste and variety. It was decent, but could be better considering the rest of the experience. Different packages are available depending on your preferred time slot – morning, afternoon, or evening – and each includes meals and access to activities. I’m attaching a few photos to give a glimpse of the overall vibe. Definitely worth visiting for a fun day out..

1-Star Review If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. Service: Nonexistent. The staff were either completely indifferent or flat-out rude. Every request felt like a massive inconvenience to them. Don’t expect basic hospitality—unless your idea of service includes being ignored for hours or being talked down to. Food: Absolutely inedible. The meals were tasteless, and looked like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since the morning. I've had better food at gas stations. Location: Muddy, trash-strewn paths—and it was far from the tranquil paradise they described. Management: Utterly useless. Complaints were met with blank stares or condescending responses. No accountability, no apology, and definitely no resolution. They clearly don’t care about guest experience—just your money. Avoid this resort at all costs. It’s a masterclass in how not to run a hospitality business. Save your vacation, your sanity, and your wallet—go anywhere else.

Great for one day adventure activities. The Instructors appear well trained and care about your safety. The swimming pool could have been cleaner. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good enough.

Disappointing Experience at Prathamesh Resort – Not Worth the Money I recently visited Prathamesh Resort with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Despite paying a good amount for three rooms, we faced multiple issues that completely ruined our stay. Out of the three rooms allotted to us, only one was in decent condition. The other two had serious problems – one had a non-functional AC, and the other was in a filthy state with lizards on the bed and an empty beer bottle lying around, clearly indicating that the room hadn't been cleaned properly. We had a toddler and a child with us, and due to these poor conditions, neither could rest in the afternoon. We raised the issue with the manager, who did try to offer alternative rooms. However, the replacement rooms were no better – again, ACs were not working, and one of the bathrooms was unclean. After wasting around 3 hours shifting and inspecting rooms, we had no option but to settle for one room where only one of the two ACs was functional. It was only by 5 PM that we could finally begin to settle in. To make things worse, by the time we freshened up, the snack time was over. Even though we had informed them earlier, no snacks were kept aside for us. When we reached the canteen, we were simply told that the snacks were finished. The resort is located in an isolated area, so there were no nearby food options either. Additionally, the swimming pool was in a horrible state – dirty and clearly not maintained for weeks. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The place is poorly maintained, the management is unorganised, and the staff seems unprepared to handle basic hospitality services. I would not recommend this resort to families, especially those with young children. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

Good day! I would like to share the experience for this resort. We had planned 1 day trip with the office colleagues in Prathamesh Resort, Khed Shivapur. Prashant (from sales team) has provided very good package for the 13 persons which includes 4 Rooms (Chira Cottage, and 4 times Meals) House keeping staff is very courteous and will helpful in all the way. One of the very good attraction is Artificial Water fall, we enjoyed a lot their and cherish the memories.
