Super Collection O Balewadi formerly Wood Regency

I booked a room through app and when I reached there they said they are no longer partners with the app. So, my booking doesn't count anymore and if a wanted a room I had to pay extra. It was night and I had no other choice so I had to pay extra. They did the same to 2 more customers in front of me. I needed room for 2 days but they said they are fully booked while I could see that they had empty rooms. Next day they started trying to refer me to another hotel of same owner just costlier. Also when we went out for breakfast they entered our room and and removed bedsheets and all even though we hadn't checked out yet, there was still time left. So, the hotel rooms are good and in a good location but the service is horrible. Very unprofessional staff.

Those is good place and can be referred to everyone. Good rooms, toiletries, clean bathroom and spacious parking is main attraction. One must consider this for stay in Baner or Balewadi. Staff is good and Receptionist is professional. They accept cash, UPI and Cards.

The place is good. It's walking distance to Balewadi Stadium. Apart from that the manager is super helpful also there is in house food which is as well good. The rooms are cleaned daily. Also there is a lift inside the hotel. Although the cost of of the hotel is bit more compare to others but for location it gets compensated.

Very clean , hygienic and spacious rooms. Great staff. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend for family trips.

Worst experience of my life. We had booked and paid the entire amount almost 1 month ago. When we reached the hotel they said there is no room. We were stranded there for so long but they did not help. Very unprofessional people. The same thing happened with 3 other people on the same day.

Bed sheets are dirty. Towels are dirty. No soap etc in washroom. Staff was drunk at night when I checked in at 12 midnight. Totally unprofessional behavior. I would never visit this again.

Great location with easy access to local attractions. The hotel amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast spread was delicious.
