One of the best home stays I have visited in India. The owner Shivanjali is a perfect host. Friendly, responds quickly to queries and arranges things quickly. The villa is in picturesque surroundings. The pool is small but exceedingly clean. The villa is cozy, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach is a 2-minute walk.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Jaswand Villa, Alibaug. The property is beautifully maintained — spotless, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful stay at Jaswand Villa! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from both Shivanjali (Host) and Raju (caretaker). They were incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. The villa itself was beautiful — spacious, clean, and well maintained. The private pool was a perfect addition and made our stay even more relaxing. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable and at home throughout our time there. A pristine villa in a serene location. The owner Shivanjali and her husband welcomed us and gave a tour of the place. The caretaker Raju took care of all our needs from ensuring the generators were working during power cuts so our sleep wasn't interrupted to laying out our food on the table and washing our dishes. It was as good as staying in a hotel with butler service. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The pool provided for a refreshing dip to beat the heat. Delicious home cooked meals are also available serving local cuisine.

I recently booked the Jaswand Sea Breeze Villa in Alibaug as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect stay. The villa is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing celebration. Shivanjali, the host, was incredibly polite, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. We booked Jaswand villa for 2 nights with a family having 3 kids out of which one was less than a year. The property was clean and very near to sea. The property had all amenities in usable condition. Its surrounded with trees and very calm. The food provided by the property owner was tasty, however charges seemed bit higher for a vegetarian thali. The host and property owner was helpfull and polite. One thing is you have limited option within 7 - 8 kms if you want to have food
