I'm carrying very bad experience during my stay in this hotel. I stayed here for 2 days in the cottage. The experience in the room is very bad. They don't check the room before allotting. When we entered the flush in the toilet was not working and we had to call the plumber for repair. He repaired for one hour! We have come here for relaxation..not to watch the work of the plumber. Here the attendants are after tips. They are after the people who are leaving... not the boarders. Yesterday while taking out the car from the parking area,dogs were sleeping under the car. Three attendants were standing there in order to bid farewell to some guests but non of them paid any attention towards us! I had to drove out the dogs myself. And since two days TV in the room is not working. When we entered, we lodge a complaint, the electrician came but couldn't make out the fault. It was running in the blurred picture condition but since yesterday afternoon, it was totally gone! This is my experience during my stay. Last time also my experience was not good but this time my son booked the hotel without consulting me. Anyway, since the hotel has the situational advantage, I think the owner or the manager pay no attention towards the service. Yes ,one good thing, the food in the restaurant is good.

I understand during the wedding season this things takes place arranging parties and wedding and reception but for that you have a banquet hall use it accordingly or make use of the lawn in such a way that guests who are here as tourist or their personal business not related to weddings don’t have to face this, the lawn is entirely covered you can barely walk if you have to go to the beach you have to go through while the construction is taking place in the lawn or the party is going imagine wearing your shorts and going to the beach through the lawn while a party takes place. So in order to avoid all this you prefer going outside the property towards the beach you can’t sit at the lawn or go for walk in other words you can’t use it, I haven’t taken the picture of the pool it was also booked for pool party , so I feel the hotel should also think and care for the non-wedding guests as well.Definitely not recommending it as pretty upset with the facility and would recommend others if you are planning to book a room here check whether they are organising a wedding or not, if they are then I’m sorry the stay won’t be justifiable, for the money you are paying them to enjoy you leisure vacation or your other business prospects.I was a regular visitor here but next time I’m planning to visit someplace else .

Rooms were average, stay was fine. Room was not ready till 11 am and their checking time is 10am. The lawn and pool draws attention and is well maintained. I paid 6k for a very average sized room and price was not at all justified.

Above average... Excellent Service... Hotel room tariffs are little higher than average. But the service is at utmost priority and very friendly. You will not be bored even you are alone... You will not be irritated even you are with your child... They will make the stay very comfortable.... Staffs are always ready to help and serve you. Food charges of the hotel restaurant are higher. So will recommend to have the food at nearby restaurants. It's almost more than double there.

Rooms on the first floor are so-so. Food is very good. The pool and surroundings are great. Sea facing hotel. Had minor issues with rooms and doors were not locking properly. Fittings are old.

Lovely resort, highly recommend. Our stay was awesome, the staff service,the room maintenance, food everything is up to the mark. The beach behind the hotel gave a different vibe. The food was delicious, the staff behaviour was very polite, service provided was very nice. I would recommend this resort.

It's one the oldest and famous resort in Puri and they had a very good track record. But service wise they are not improving. Complementary water bottle provided at room was not drinkable with smell of chlorine and bad hard water taste coming out of it. Complained multiple times still the issue was not looked into.

Worst experience due to continuous marriage functions in the resort. We were not able to use anything in the resort and it felt like after paying such huge amount it is total waste. Before booking the room please do check if there are any functions. Most of the facilities are inaccessible due to functions going on everywhere. Staffs were too busy in those functions, we felt like roaming here and there for any requirements. Overall it was not worth the money.
