La Platina Premium Suites Resort, Near Sea Beach, Puri

If it was possible for me to provide a lower rating, I would have given a 0. Hands down, the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in, having stayed at Puri multiple times in the recent years. The staff is very unfriendly and you need to ask them 5-6 times for you to get some basic service. For example, we had to ask multiple times to get water bottles and extra blanket. The guy at reception was especially lazy. We stayed here for 1 night and here’s my feedback. 1. The rooms are spacious but not clean. 2. The intercom was not working and when asked about it, the hotel staff straightaway said “we can’t fix it”. 3. The lift is not at all safe. It got stuck 3 times when the outer collapsible gate was not opening. Moreover, one can open the outer collapsible gate even if the lift is not in front of it. It’s very scary and dangerous especially for senior citizens and kids. 4. Water in the bathroom stopped multiple times and we had to repeatedly ask the staff to check the valve. 5. Geyser was not working initially which they fixed. Overall , I would strongly suggest anyone to avoid this hotel if you want to have a peaceful stay at Puri.

La platina was far below our expectations. It is actually located in a residential society and within that, many hotels are running in different floors. The room was good. The location is way far off the beach, which is not given on the website. Auto driver charged 150/- approx. every ride(that far off from the Puri center area). Some staff's behavior was also not polite. Overall it was a comfortable stay so far as room was concerned and if location and facilities are not taken into consideration.

Worst place to stay. 1. Our window AC caught fire in the middle of the night. 2. Rooms not clean. 3. Shows pics with different rooms on make my trip and charged 4k for a night. Actual rooms was very small and had one bed only, whereas in the pics they showed two. 4. Actual apartment complex is Krishna Sea sight. They just own just a couple of rooms there. 5. Worst experience, road connectivity issues, far from beach, highly priced. Pls don't waste your money here.

Terrible Stay Experience at La Platina Premium Suites Resort, Near Sea Beach, Puri Our planned stay at La Platina Premium Suites Resort on 29/11/2024 to 30/11/2024 was a complete nightmare, forcing us to find alternative accommodation. Issues Faced: 1. Broken Bolts: Safety and security were a major concern as several door and window bolts were broken. 2. Dirty Floors: The rooms and common areas were filthy, with visible dirt and stains. Clearly, cleaning and maintenance were not priorities here. 3. Lack of Maintenance: The entire property seemed neglected, with peeling paint and poorly functioning fixtures. 4. Misleading Photos: The pictures shown on the MakeMyTrip app were far from the reality of the property. The actual condition of the resort was nowhere close to what was advertised. Disappointed and uncomfortable, we left and instead stayed at Pipul Hotel and Resort, which was clean, well-maintained, and provided a much better experience. To support this review, I am attaching: • The bill from Pipul Hotel and Resort as proof of our alternative stay. • Photos of the poorly maintained conditions at La Platina Premium Suites Resort for reference. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences we've encountered. I strongly urge travelers to consider other options to avoid the same disappointment

Simple just awesome, I would say. This is just walkable distance from beach. Swimming pool is great. Food quality is good as compair to others. Rooms are spacious. I have travelled with my family and occupied 2 rooms. You can also get bathtub in the rooms. Service may be slow as per expectations but enjoyed the trip.

La Worst hotel in Puri. Don't book any hotel at Krishna Sea Sight. Very dirty and old building. its 2 KMS from the sea shore. You will lose your money on taxi fare. Rs. 100/2 Km. It's better to take a better hotel for double rent. Hotel staff will force you to vacate at 8 AM sharp. They will not bargain. Not expected to be recommended by MMT. I will never book a hotel from MMT - Krishna Sea Sight hotels are worst. MMT cheated on us.

Spacious room for a family. Food quality is awesome. Staff's are polite and cordial. The premises is beautiful for kids and couples. No noise polution. The price is affordable for every one as compared with other hotel in this premises. Tight security. No strangers are allowed into this premises. 24 *7 reception and for emergency service. I loved it.

Pros: Very close to Jagannath temple 1km from beach There is a good hotel nearby AC rooms on top floors are the only ones that can still be tolerated. Cons: Unclean rooms Worst service.First of all this is not any premium suite.They hardly provide soaps and shampoos. The bathroom was unclean and broken. No toiletries. Room service is meaningless. They additionally charge for unsealed water bottles which they fill using RO water ( as per them) They won't change the bedsheets unless insisted and no towels provided.On asking they keep procrastinating.The food they serve is inedible.Luckily there was a good resturant nearby. Lift issues. Personal opinion: Not worth the money spent
