Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Mismanagement We hosted a family reception at The Forest Resort, Amritsar on the evening of April 15, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised or expected. Despite paying a significant amount for premium services, we encountered severe mismanagement throughout the event. The catering service was completely unorganized—there were no waiters attending to guests, food was not being served, and even basic necessities like water were neglected. Our family members had to step in and serve guests themselves, which was both distressing and embarrassing. We were assured that the banquet hall would be equipped with 12 air conditioners, yet only two were functioning. This created an uncomfortable environment for over 500 guests. Additionally, the hall lights were kept off until 10 PM and were only turned on after repeated requests, which gave the impression that cost-cutting was prioritized over guest comfort. To make matters worse, the organizers were unavailable and unresponsive during the function, leaving us with no one to address or resolve the issues as they arose. This event was meant to be a special family occasion, but instead, it became a source of stress and disappointment. I would strongly urge others to reconsider before booking this venue. When you’re planning something important, reliability and professionalism should never be compromised.

Very poor service worst staff and i suggest that please no one should book this resort for any occasion bcoz we experienced a very bad service from the forest resort

We recently had our friends wedding over there and we faced very bad experience in their. Cattering service was very very poor and AC was not working when temperature was over 38 degrees. Will suggest not to choose this destination for any big events. Its a disaster place

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money Booked The Forest Resort, Amritsar for a family function, and it was a complete disaster. No waiters, no water, we had to serve our own guests. Only 2 ACs were working instead of the promised 12. Lights were off till 10 PM—had to beg them to switch them on. Total mismanagement. No one available to fix anything. We paid for premium service and got nothing but stress and embarrassment. Avoid this place.

The staff was drunk and unsupportive. Poor management and air conditioning was not adequately working . They had ruined a major family function. Book it if you want to ruin your special day.

The WORST service i have ever seen in “Regalia the Forest Amritsar” - staff are poorly trained, response times are painfully slow, and professionalism is nonexistent. Booking here is a risky gamble you'll almost certainly regret."
